We have ordered a chicken zinger burger, a thanthoori burger, french fries and 4 pieces of fried chicken. Burgers were good but fries and fried chicken didn't meet our expectations. Both fries and fried chicken didn't have the usual KFC taste. Hope they will improve eventually.

I Ordered 5 Leg and 3 Strips, Strips Are Good 👍 😋 . But Leg some pieces are Not Cooked Well 😕.

KFC in Sulthan Bathery is decently located and provides ample parking and is right within the town. Get to the place around the evening, it gives some decent views and some photo-worthy dining spaces. However, the service is not that standard KFC-like. On busy days you might find that most of the items on the menu are not available. Chicken of course, but I had them run out of burgers and buns over weekends.

Excellent service and good atmosphere

I specifically ordered a 4pc leg special and they pack 2 thighs and 2 legs all uncooked and taste terrible. If I had the time to drive all the way back, I would had them eat it. Never going back again. What a disaster! Update: I followed up on the email address, but haven’t received any response. It has become a trend to post a boiler plate response as if these complaints are being heard, but no follow up or action after.

Worst experience from staff. They consider themself as the owner and dam care about the needs of customers.

Nice, clean and quick service. Seating arrangement is also nice over here. Taste is standard as every other KFC. Staff is very humble and helpfull, they suggest you things, tell you what is best for you, also tells you if you are eligible for something complimentary when your bill crosses a mark. Regular cleaning also is visible and the manager also take care of customers & their needed.

Maintained the KFC standard food taste, excellent !! Pathetic service. Served the part order and they promised the balance would be delivered on the table.. no one showed up even after finishing the first portion. Had to go back to the counter and pick. Water also promised to be on the table; but didn't.

Fried chicken was not upto the kfc level

Very bad behaviour from the staff and management, they don’t know how to treat a customer, please don’t choose this store for food, I humbly request to other customers not to go with kfc bathery located at Issac Center square

We ordered 10pcs ultimate bucket Service was very good but Quality of fried chicken was very poor because chicken was too oily on fried chicken, improve the quality We drive 29km from meppadi to sulthan bathery only for AFC but flopped
