We always go to bhima jewellers for our gold purchases. This time we went to bathery branch. From the beginning onwards everything was very nice. Very good customer service, friendly staffs and very good selections. I must mention the names of two staffs Rigil Raj and Manju. They both were always there for us through out to support and help us . They helped me to select what i am looking for and made our shopping easy. Thank you both of you. Very good experience and good servise keep it up.

Service was very pathetic, don't trust their words. Those who plan to buy for marriage and functions, can visit the other jewellery except Malabar gold. Bhima cheats by saying one making charges (~5)and while billing it will differ and more(~7). Worst experience. Those who visit Bhima think twice and keep in mind the money you have earned by your hardwork. So don't waste your time and money by visiting Bhima.
