The quantity and quality of food is satisfying. Their Beef fry , Kada Mutta rost , and Fish egg thoran is a must try item. You could easily park your vehicle in this compound. The only problem is the toilet isn't cleaned.

Ambiance as like any ordinary restaurant with average service and enough parking facilities. Kerala traditional dishes like tapioca (kappa), fish, mutton, quail, chicken, seafoods available. Tried fish egg, quail eggs & fish curry & all were very tasty especially fish eggs fry. Reach mid noon to choose verity dishes as it may get finished very soon. Little expensive considering all criteria.

The price is situated in kodungallur. Easily accessible and the place serves a big parking area. But while getting on to the food, food quality, along with quantity is below average. Especially the quantity for the given price is so questionable. Overall an average shopp. Exaggerated by the hypes given by reviews. Family friendly place.

I've been hearing about this place and their food for so long. Got the opportunity to visit and try the food. Their food is simply amazing. I tried kappa, crab roast, meen mutta, pork roast, beef fry, koonthal roast, kakka fry, rabbit roast etc.

Good toddy good food. The Verity of food being served is impressive. The service sucks though. I was careful about the toddy but did no harm. Will visit again.

A very good place to try out some spicy non veg local delicacies. They have a wide variety of selections to choose from. The food tastes very good and I could feel the quality of the same. We tried 8 items and everything was good. My personal favourite is the mutton liver roast and beef roast. The pricing is medium and the Joyettan is fun to talk to. Both families and friends can enjoy their time if you are interested in some spicy tasty food.

Finally got a chance to visit this place. We have been listening about it since long and luckily on our way back to Kodungallur we visited this place. It's a family toddy shop with more of open seating space and 3-4 cabins for family with seating capacity of 8 per cabin (not very comfortably). The prices and quantity have a mismatch. However if you want to have a traditional toddy shop visit this place can be visited once. One of the most famous toddy shop in Thrissur, Mapranam Toddy shop is very well known for its wide variety of delicious dishes. If you are a kerala native dish lover, you should definitely try the dishes of this place. I liked the kakkayirachi, porkirachi, and kadamutta dishes from this place. Apart from that, they have fish fry, fish eggs, fish curry, chicken curry, Kappa, duck, beef with coconut slices, kaada fry etc.. I would strongly recommend dining here instead of taking parcel. If the heat is gone the food doesn't taste well as it supposed to be. If you heat it again, it could change the taste a little bit too. Parking area is limited. I didn't felt the toddy has any speciality here. If you are taking a parcel, they will give it in a plastic bottle. Make sure you remove the pressure at certain intervals, or the bottle might explode. If you buy the toddy to drink it by dining here, you will get it in a glass bottle. Explore more by yourself.

They serve awesome tasty Kerala style food at affordable prices, the portions served are sufficient for a person. I had Kappa topped with fish gravy, beef fry, mutton Botti(intestine) fry and mutton brain fry with a glass of sweet toddy, all of this just cost us 350 rs Apart from the above mentioned they squid roast, crab roast, karimeen fry, kada (Quali) fry, kakka(clams) fry, mutton liver, chicken parts and some other stuffs which I don't remember. Highly recommended for all foodies!!

Where you will find full family coming in to try the variety of dishes they have . toddy is just an additional bonus for the lover's. An ordinary Toddy shop well maintained. It is not to be compared with a usual restaurant. The look and ambience of a Toddy shop is to be different. In that sense it is somewhat a clean shop. You will get fresh food. Toddy is served in different modes.

The perfect place to visit if you are craving for some spicy kerala seafood along with some toddy. They have a wide range of dishes and every one of them tastes really good. We tried beef fry , crab , squid and prawns. The quantity and quality is definitely worth the money.

The currys are very expensive (if it is not for touchings for toddy . ) 3 tablespoons of rabbit roast costs ₹120 .

Very average toddy shop, the food was average...very spicy. We had pork, duck, kallumakkaya, Kappa meen curry. The kallumakkaya (Kerala mussels) was the worst of the lot. All the masala tasted the same and was too spicy. The toddy was all thumbs down as it was sour. Just the hype nothing else.
