Hotel Loharano is a cozy hotel with African-style buildings in a beautiful garden where you can even see chameleons. The staff is very nice and helpful with exceptions. Breakfast in the hotel was poor, if you don't eat sweet, you basically have only 1 option - eggs. On the other hand lunch and dinner was pretty good. Disappointing was absence of drinks which wasn't available however they were on the menu. Some employees are smoking whole evenings and nights behind the pool and throwing there cigarette butts which is disgusting. Watch out for an employee named Ringo - he steals and sells hotel property to guests at inflated prices. (rum, ylang ylang massage oil...) + beautiful environment + nice staff + clean pools + enough space for guests + delicious dinner + hotel offers daily boat to nice beach + hotel offers nice trips - the staff does not speak English (nobody) - cigarette butts by the pool - accommodate citizens of Russia - the beach is not suitable for swimming - poor breakfast - some equipment should be renovated or repaired - drinks on bar weren't available whole week

We had a really good stay at this hotel and there are many positives. Positives: The rooms are great with mosquito nets and are cool and spacious. The design is like small houses. The staff are mostly friendly and do their best. The gardens are tropical and beautiful. The pool area is surrounded by lush greenery. The beach is nice enough and a great place for sunset. The architecture is lovely (except for the awful bar building which is a concrete building that is totally out of place. Comfy beds! Negatives: Breakfast is poor and there is v. limited choice. No muesli or cereal. You get a plate of fruit (delicious) 3 pastries and then eggs. The other meals are a la carte and you choose what you want earlier each day. Sometimes there was v. limited choice for vegetarians sadly. The madagascan night is lovely but again most of the food had meat in it. There is a building site at the bottom between the second pool between the pool and the beach. This was noisy and so it was hard to relax at the pool. Finally if you are all inclusive it was still impossible to get a bottle of water. Glasses of water at meals were included as was a glass of water from the bar during the day. We wanted a bottle to keep in the room (also necessary for cleaning your teeth). These you had to pay for. I never had this in all inclusive before. I understand alcohol was not included but come on, allow guests some water when they have paid for this service on holiday. Generally we enjoyed it and would most certainly return.

Abbiamo trascorso 15 meravigliosi giorni presso questo hotel dove l’ingrediente segreto è l’ospitalità riservata ai clienti. Appena varcata la soglia della reception si scopre un piccolo angolo di paradiso immersi in un giardino ricco di vegetazione molto curato e dove le 10 abitazioni molto caratteristiche fanno da cornice alle 2 piscine collegate tra loro da piccoli ruscelli. Questa struttura è consigliata a chi desidera staccare la spina dalla vita frenetica e rilassarsi in un ambiente ovattato dove gli unici rumori sono i cinguettii degli uccellini, il vento che passa tra le piante e lo sciabordio dell’acqua delle piscine. La cucina slow food merita un plauso, qui non ci sono sprechi di cibo e le pietanze scelte preventivamente sono sempre molto curate oltre che deliziose, pesce a volontà ma anche carne di pollo e zebù oltre l’immancabile riso e pasta di vario tipo. This is a really nice hotel with an amazing garden and a pool. The bungalows are quite big and have a central lounge area between the rooms. Sure the beach gets low tide but that's not a critic on the hotel. There aren't many deck chairs at the beach but the hotel wasn't really full when we were there. They offer every morning a boat ride to Sakatia and we had the chance to be there almost alone before the tours arrive. Part of the staff needs more training in service and communication. It was odd that they often spoke better Italian than French or barely any English. The owner was super friendly, helping us decide what to do beyond the tours and accomodating to our wishes. The meal menu options are somewhat limited but the food is nice and breakfast with a variety of fruits and pastries and eggs. The bar wasn't open the evenings we were there and there wasn't other areas where we could hang around and have a drink besides the restaurant. It was very strange that they have a mosquito net in the bed that actually does not cover the full bed but it's open on one side... and there were more mosquitoes there than in the rainforest!

Era la seconda volta che andavo NOSYBE ma questa volto ho preferito scegliere un albergo più piccolo e intimo, scelta più azzeccata. Complimenti a Rachid ma soprattutto a Ronaldo che mi ha fatto morire dal ridere ad ogni pasto! Tutto lo staff stupendo, stanze molto pulite e cibo eccezionale.

Beh che dire, struttura nuova composta non da camere (tipo classico albergo) ma da casine tipiche a sé stanti che ti permettono di viverti una vacanza in tranquillità. Bellissima la parte centrale del villaggio con le due piscine e la grande sala "all'aperto" dove vengono serviti i pasti. Comodo l'accesso alla spiaggia di fronte all'hotel da dove partono tutte le varie escursioni. Personale disponibile e cortese (anche disponibili a cercare per farti vedere un camaleonte, oppure procurarti cibo o bevande da comprare per riportarle in Italia) e cucina super buona e varia. Servizio wifi eccellente con il segnale che prende in tutta le zone del villaggio. Sicuramente un posto dove lasci il cuore e che terrò a mente in futuro per un eventuale vacanza -bis! ❤️

Struttura ben organizzata siamo stati benissimo. Ottimo equilibrio con la natura, buona la posizione e il cibo. Per le escursioni ci siamo affidati a @nosybetour abbiamo trovato sui social, alberto e i suoi collaboratori ci hanno fatto vivere escursioni autentiche in sicurezza.

Perfetto per chi cerca la tranquillità, nessuna animazione, pasti alla carta (ottimi), personale cortese e molto bello da vedere...unica pecca la spiaggia ma volendo con un barchino ti portano in paradiso in pochi minuti!

Hotel fantasticò. Si mangia bene. Personale top. Parlano benissimo italiano si mettono a disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta. La spiaggia non è bellissima ma partono molte escursioni. Ideale per chi vuole la tranquillità. Ci sono ben 2 piscine.. camere molto belle.

Posto magnifico,ben curato e pulito.Location immersa nel verde con due stupende piscine,le camere sono ben curate(il letto troppo duro per i miei gusti ma ci si abitua).Molto apprezzato il cibo e la cena tipica malgascia al lunedì sera.la spiaggia di per sè non è da 10 ma viste le mille escursioni non ci fai nemmeno caso.Lo staff è molto preparato ,giovane e simpatico(parlano tutti molto bene l'italiano) , ovviamente tutto all'insegna del mora mora(con calma).
