A very nature spot 🙂 Good hiking around with lots of vegetation and wildlife. Chameleons, lemurs, birds ... it’s all here. Same old, try to pick a good guide. We had a young guy named PATRICK speaking french and english, very knowledgeable and passionate about nature. He really made us enjoy the hikes (we did a short night hike + a full day; both are worth it) As always i’m very doubtful of the price policy of the madagascar NP office (it probably keeps a lot of tourists away as it is incredibly expensive for the country or just anywhere in the world 45000 entrance pp + 60000 guide pax 4 + his tips; in the usa à 1y NP pass cost 80$ which is barely visiting 3 parks in Mada, without talking about the difference of level between those countries). I was planning to do a few more NPs but eventually i didn’t because surprisingly it cost more than any country i’ve been before ...

One of the best parks you could ever hope to visit if you want to see the lemurs. We're very lucky and saw over eight varieties in one week. Arguide Roger was both friendly and knowledgeable we used him for both our night walk and day's walks through here and Mantadia.

One of the highlights of my life . Get a driver & car out of Tana . Get a guide and lodging in park . Lemurs of all sizes and colours. Madagascar gets a bad rap , it’s basically safe and people are warm and engaging.

Night walks offered by fabulous guides in the park give opportunities to see indri, lemurs, tree frogs, geckos, and comet moths in the wild. Make sure to take a head lamp as flashlight availability is limited. Some parts are stone trail and some are mud. Wear hiking shoes!

This place is so awesome. It gave me immense happiness seeing those lemurs in the wild. We spotted Indri Indri and 3 different species during daytime. I highly recommend to hire guide and go with him.

Amazing to see all the lemurs in the wild and they are not afraid to stay in the trees with people only a few feet away. It really feels like the whole country is a giant wildlife park.

I had an amazing experience with lemurs. I fed them and they came right to me. It was the most mesmerising experience. This journey was part discovering madagascar so that I can recommend to my clients

Fabulous guides and incredible wildlife. The trouble is you can't schedule nature so it depends how lucky you get! Go early as that's when the lemurs are most active.

Best park of the Andasibe area. Compared to other parks/reserves, we did not see any other tourists, only researchers. We spotted a whole lot of animals including Indri, Diademed Sifaka and Calumma Parsoni. We had 2 super guides: Velomaro Patricea and Rasolofoniaina adrien, ask for them!

Excellent viewings of lemurs in the wild. It's a little hard hiking for older people but worth it.

Not worthy and too expensive to see a few lemurs

Great natural reserve with a large territory containing multiple lemur families of different species. Experienced and friendly rangers; bring endurance and proper shoes if you want to go off-track and deeper into the forest :)

This is a nice private reserve for lemurs. You cross a small stream with a canoo and on the island you're surrounded by various types of lemurs that roam around freely and come quite close to you, which results in good opportunities for some nice pictures.

Awesome place!!! rainforest with Natural eco system. The tour guides are friendly and know what they are talking about. I recommend going both at night and during the day. At night you can see the fascinating mouse lemurs wich are active only then, just make sure to bring a flashlight and if you don't have one you may buy at the nearby town andesibe. The town has great people, hospitality,Beautiful views and landscapes. I recommend it very much.

Amazing place. We saw at least 6 lemurs up in the trees. Also a place to learn something about the history of the lemurs. Nice guides and if you want a long hike through the forest ;)

Great adventure for honeymooners! We explored the reserve during the night and day, discovering a number of unique animals to Madagascar. There are a few great stays near the park for easy access.

😠 The new policies which park just issued are in contradiction with what park had to offered before.
