The delicious home-cooked meals were a treat, and the balcony view of the valley and mountains was simply breathtaking. It’s a homely stay, comfortable, safe, neat and clean rooms, super tasty homemade food, kind care taker's and there support what else you require when you are with your group. The whole family of the property were a great hosts with welcoming nature and even the small kids of the family are also so friendly. The best part of the stay is personal attention provided by all of them and the support provided for some odd requests without any if or but. We really had great bond within the 2days of time. We would highly recommend this place and definitely revisit for sure. When you visit you definitely feel it's home away from home 😇🙏🏻

This cottage is located at the start of the Matheran in Indra Gandhi Nagar and few steps walking through small street you will reach to the cottage. The view from the room is asthetic. Rooms are hygienic and service are good. SUSHANT the owner was humble and polite, was available whenever needed. They have most beautiful and peaceful view from the room. One can have tea and snacks enjoying the view. I would recommend everyone to visit and take the experience of this beautiful place.

Great experience. Everything was top notch. The rooms are clean and neat. Washroom is great. You open the door and get mountain view at door step.The host family is the highlight of overall experience always smiling and going overboard to make you feel comfortable at their place. The host even adjusted to our last moment demand for eating fish by arranging fresh fish and cooking it yummy. All the food from breakfast to dinner was amazing. If you wanna explore matheran and still want home food experience then this is the place you are looking for. Good for friends and family but perfect safe for only girls travelling like us. We booked this property from Pune for 1 night and spoke with owner over the phone. Owner provided us all the instructions to reach the destination in advance. Once we reach the parking, the owner himself came all the way by walking to take us to the actual place which is 2KM away from parking. The view is awesome from the place. The owner is very helpful and provided excellent service. This is the perfect place and highly recommended in Matheran. The food was heavenly delicious. Each and every required thing was available within quick time. Must visit !! We will see you again !

The experience of staying at this cottage is very peaceful and pleasant. The view from the room is a lovely sight to wake up to in the morning and simply spend your day enjoying the view. Sushant, the host and owner, is so kind and accommodating. He goes above and beyond to provide a comfortable and welcoming stay for you by addressing anything that you may need. He is very informative and his advice on what to do and where to go gave us a great exposure of Matheran. I would really suggest taking the opportunity to have the home-cooked meals there as it’s so delicious and we enjoyed it thoroughly! Overall, this place is a gem that we’d definitely recommend staying at to make the most of your experience at Matheran.

The location is excellent, with a very friendly and accommodating owner. The cottage offers a fabulous view, and it's easily accessible on foot. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with a good washroom equipped with facilities such as geysers. Overall, the stay was fantastic.

Experience was perfect, hospitality is like the family. Food was perfect. Clean room and behaviour is very humble.
