This
gym
experience
has
been
the
worst
till
date.
-
It's
been
3
months
now
and
there
has
been
a
continuous
issue
-
the
gym
people
DO
NOT
turn
on
the
AC
when
the
gym
opens
in
the
morning
saying
that
there
are
only
few
people,
so
why
to
turn
on
the
AC!!
(As
per
the
health
segment,
the
gym
owners
telling
this
shows
what
kind
of
unprofessionalism
and
careless
attitude
they
have
towards
even
ONE
person
who
is
their
customer)
The
stale
air
through
out
the
entire
night
is
not
cleaned
when
you
start
working
out.
I
paid
for
the
subscription
only
because
I
can
come
in
the
first
slot
in
the
morning.
It's
been
more
than
8
times
now
when
you
step
in
the
gym,
the
AC
is
NOT
on.
-
Today
when
I
called
up
the
owner
Bharti,
a
lady
picked
up.
When
I
asked
her
if
she
is
Bharti,
she
said
yes.
She
was
so
rude
and
started
saying
"you
go
to
other
gym
then....we
cannot
refund
your
amount...if
you
have
a
problem
come
at
7
pm
later
time...etc
etc..."
I
once
again
asked
if
she
is
Bharti
because
she
was
so
unprofessional
and
rude,
she
said...no
I
am
her
daughter!
Were
you
sniffing
when
I
asked
the
question??
This
gym
just
looks
good
from
outside,
when
it
comes
to
the
technical
aspects
of
health,
air
cleaniless
(EVEN
when
it
is
only
ONE
person,
because
you
have
taken
money
from
that
person,
because
that
person
is
your
customer,
you
have
a
responsibility
towards
that
person.
Period)
This
is
the
most
horrible
gym
you
can
get
in
thane.
If
you
are
planning
to
get
in
here,
I
would
highly
recommend
do
not
waste
your
money.
They
are
neither
changing
their
attitude,
in
fact
they
are
actually
behaving
in
a
negative
manner
plus
they
are
not
refunding
even
for
the
remaining
months.
Highly
disappointed
and
stay
away
from
this
gym.
These
people
have
no
basic
sense
about
how
health
and
human
system
work.
Forget
professionalism.
