Though I avoid restaurants around Bus Stops, this one was the only option available as I stayed in the near by Hotel. Restaurant ambiance is pretty basic. They have divided the restaurant into two wings one for AC and one for Non-AC. On both wings service is available. Handwash area is very messy and they don't have a soap dispenser which is really bad! Restaurant can accommodate a decent number of crowd even on a busy day. Service is nice, they deliver the food in time and the bill was accurate each time. Their attitude is humble and they do not expect any tips. Food: I tried Biriyani for dinner which was too oily. But the taste was okay. Then I tried Onion Uttappam which was bit sour and didn't impressed me. Then I tried Poori-Saagu and Vade in the breakfast, both were good and tasty. Tea was really nice. I tried Mangalore Bajji in the evening, it was nice. FINAL VERDICT: Don't go there with high expectation. It's a good place for breakfast and snacks. Just go with the recommendation of server, you might get lucky. -BeingBakasura

We were new to this place and saw the ratings on Google.. so went there and it was a perfect destination for non veg in dandeli..just gomfor it. No need to think.

One of the worst tasted hotels I have visited in recent days. The food quality was ok ok, not worth the price, but even suitable to use the word 'tasteless', there was no taste at all. Including me, total of 6 got disappointed by coming to this hotel. Mainly, we said that the food was not upto mark and reduce the price, for that the hotel staff didn't respond properly and started to scream like mad dogs at us. We also saw for some time, gave the full amount and returned. Don't visit this hotel at any cost. Definitely it is waste of money for you. Thank you...

Hotel kalpana is a best place for South Indian breakfast and snacks. When you visit Dandeli , this eatery is located opposite new bus stand . The staff here is very cooperative and will suggest breakfast to you and serve you well . Must visit eatery in dandeli

This review is for the non-veg section of the hotel which is on the right side. The non-veg section serves both veg and non-veg while the veg section serves only veg food. Veg north Indian food was very good, non-veg as my friends said was kind of okay. The ambience is good. The staff(especially Raju) and the person sitting on the billing counter are also very nice. They have this always smiling face and the urge to give their customers the best experience. I stayed in Dandeli for 3 days and had my breakfast, lunch, dinner all of that here only. If you are staying somewhere near Dandeli bus stand, this is definitely a good place to eat.

Kalpana Non Veg Restaurant I have been to this restaurant a few times since it was taken over by a new team. The food is very good, both in terms of quality and quantity. I tried the Chinese dishes and they were excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal in the Dandeli bus stop area

All the ordered items were so tasty... Service was so good especially Chicken kheema naan, Chilli chicken, garlic chicken are so yummy.. Unable to resist posting my review...

It's total waste of time to go there . The hotel don't have parking lot but also it's called hotel for families 🤔 . Moreover the hotel owner it self don't want customer to come to his hotel 😁 . He not at all need any customer I guess,food also not so good ,And further things left to u guys

Located at a super convenient place that is exactly opposite of bus stand. But the quality of food is okay. Not one of the best restaurants to visit in Dandeli. The prices are affordable. But if you have time , you should try exploring other options.

Very bad food. We ordered idli vada and mangalore buns.. Idli was ok chutney was just colored water.. Mangalore buns was soo sour in taste when complained he just said the batter might be old so. Worst hotel. This 1 star is bcos it's mandate

They have seperate veg and non veg sections. We are at the veg section. The basic South India breakfast and lunch options were amazing... Coffee tea kasai and juices available. If u want a place to eat.. eat here
