Moving into Curren Terrance apartments had many challenges from the beginning. We were told the apartment was not ready on the day we were supposed to take a look at it. This caused us to move in completely blind without any expectations or seeing exactly what kind of condition the apartment was in on the move-in day. There were many issues that we noticed but the best thing about this place is that maintenance is excellent, and the people that work here are quick to respond and help. Other than that, the apartment and the appliance are all outdated but the unit is very spacious. Not many storage options so outside storage spaces are in need. The kid's park is always dirty so we don't go there often. The neighborhood is excellent. The people, the location of the apartment, and the structure of the apartment are pretty. Great for walks.

Tom and his team of maintenance professionals handle every concern my apartment needs. Tom's team are a bunch of professionals that can handle any concern. I've lived here since 2016 and have seen some good and bad maintenance teams, but this is the best team ever.

Mama always told me don’t say nothin if you ain’t got nothing nice to say. So with that being said, here’s my review- I liked the culture of the apartment. Had lots in common with the neighbors. That’s all.

We moved in last year. Leasing officers were extremely helpful and welcoming. The renting process was mostly smooth without any major hiccups. It's a calm area, without much noise and playground for the kids, gym facilities for adults are also good.

BROKEN AC & NO HOT WATER FOR EXTENDED PERIODS THIS SUMMER. All the window AC units you see around the complex are each apartment units without working AC in this summer heat. The leasing office will drag you along with no real progress unless you contact their manager's managers, even then it's slow to get updates (every week we have to ask for an update). The AC contractors they sent in shoved a dirty rag into the new AC to dampen a sound it was making after they installed it. No hot water for almost a week was the longest stretch, but it'll also go out for a few days at a time. Those are the big items. Since we've moved in 3 months ago, we also haven't had a working bathroom fan and the bottom of the kitchen and bathroom cabinet is molded, warped, stained, and old, and has not been replace.

Tom from the Maintenance Department is extremely helpful and professional. I submitted my work order and he quickly took care of the issue and then followed up with me to make sure everything was working and it was. I greatly appreciate him and the rest of the team. Thank you for your service!

Amber in the Leasing office is so very welcoming and kind. She was able to answer all my questions and even make my husband smile as couple times! Lol. She is an asset to Curren Terrace. Everyone we bumped into was so very nice, making it feel comfortable like I was at home ,How can you pass on all the amenities and and free Xfinity.? I hope soon we will be coming back to stay for a while!

Great apartment for the price and the ripple in the leasing office were friendly and willing to help any way they could. Made sure to connect and give you information as needed.
