the service and selection is good but recently they have been letting people bring large aggressive dogs inside like pitbulls. im allergic to dogs and am in this program because have anxiety so being in a small room with a large barking dog that the owner cant seem to control is a bit much.

Honestly the kindest and most helpful staff I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in any industry. Every interaction has been so amazingly friendly. They're very informative. They don't just treat you as customer. They treat people as old friends when they come in the door, at least that's been my experience and I'm a very socially anxious private person. I couldn't possibly recommend them enough. Thank you for making me feel welcome, validated and for being so non-judgmental when handling your customer's needs. I was helped today by Paisley, Lazer, and Kelly. BEST customer service I’ve had about anywhere. They helped me renew my card, recover my Liberty Wallet account (awesome way to get credit on your next purchase- mine ended up being free today!), and find the best product for my needs. Never wanna go anywhere else because I’ve never had anything other than an amazing experience here!

I was so unsure about everything when I went in. Chelsea helped me out and gave me A LOT of information and asked questions to make sure I was trying products that might help me out. Everybody was so friendly. I can’t wait until my next visit to come talk to everybody again!

Easily the worst dispensary in the area. Nothing on their website is ever labeled properly, so you get home and realize you got something completely different than you thought you were paying for. You order online and they don’t prepare your order until you arrive, so you arrive to be told they no longer have anything you ordered and that you have to wait anyway- which completely defeats the purpose of taking the extra time to make an order. Takes forever to get out of here because they’re so disorganized and slow. Today, I bought 3 different items that were all labeled as sativa on the menu, got home to see they’re all Indica, which I cannot use, and also cannot return now either. I regret coming here every single time I come here, it’s worth the extra gas a thousand times over to just drive to Cranberry and visit a better dispensary. Edited to add because they told me to email them- I did before I left the review, and have followed up twice since they responded, and have never received a reply or been reached back out to by the store. Incredibly unprofessional to try to pretend to resolve issues for customers on reviews just to look better.

Very good service had a purchase that wasn't right and they took care of it right away and showed me some other products that was better for what I needed
