I loved everything. Peak bliss. I’m sure all the rooms are nice, but we got the center bungalow. Amazing. CANDRA, the main divemaster is amazing. Easy-going, he readily assesses a diver’s skill level on the go and adjusts as needed. Such a grateful, relaxed, and happy guy. Ended up diving 4x,3x,4x in three days with two of those being night dives at the liberty. The therapists at the spa were beyond. Never had better, beyond explaining. Almost superhuman. The bed was super comfortable, great pillows, spacious bungalow. Incredible staff. Motorbike rental $4/day. This place is gold. I loved every minute!

If you want to get away from the crowds and relax with all possible comforts - this is the place to be! It's not the place for the average low budget backpacker but if you are willing to spend some more money you won't regret it! The whole place is very clean, cultivated, welcoming, modern and simply amazing. Staff is more than helpful & friendly. You've got the possibility to dive, get massages etc in the Spa or simply relax at the pool. hotel is directly at the beach!

Great place to relax and if you are scuba diver, this place have one the best diving center. Add on extra…. Finnish sauna on the beach with icy cold plunge front of sauna. After long diving day, this will be the ultimate relaxation and memorable experience. Highly recommended!!!

Just back home from a 3 weeks vacation in Indonesia and we can easily say that Bali Dive and Spa was the best place we stayed. Very clean and spacious rooms, service was great and the food in the restaurant was both very good and quite inexpensive. We also dived while in Tulamben and we can highly recommend using the Dive Center in the hotel. They knew what they were doing both under water and above. I really hope we can come back sometime.

A brilliant place to take a break from life. Enjoy the polite service of the friendly staff. The PADI dive centre is part of the hotel. They will organize shore and boat dives and even offer EANX 32 for certified divers. The local dive guides are competent and helpful and great at finding special things to see under water. The spa personnel are very professional and well trained, the prices are fair. So if you need some time out or just want to explore the local reefs give this place a shot.

Beautiful location. Great pool overlooking the ocean. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Dive staff is great and the diving is incredible. I recommend staying here if you plan to dive in Tulamben.

5/5 Dive Center 5/5 Restaurant 5/5 Rooms 0/5 management and organization. With no prior notice from the management we arrived during a local holiday that meant that we would not be able to return to our hotel rooms during the first day of our stay. After a full day of diving we were suprised by the local staff that because it was a quiet day we were stuck far away from the hotel and could only return seven hours later. I had to plead with a foreign dive shop employee to organize transport since the Bali Dive local staff were absolutly apathetic about our situation and refused to help. The resort dive guide and driver both did not tell us about this suprise constraint before setting out. If you want to randomly lose days of your vacation due to poor planning by the hotel stay here.

i don't think the spa staff present professional attitude compared to low season. They give many excuses to refuse us 2 days in row. If the resort wants go long way must practice consistent service.

Great for underwater photography and macro/supermacro. Did 10 dives, found something unique on every dive. Great to relax on the resort between dives. Nice restaurant with a varied menu. Good wifi, clean rooms and friendly staff. Would definitely visit again.

This Dive Resort is a Gem! Really very friendly staff, good food, clean estate, amazing spa and top notch dive team! My wife and I really enjoyed the whole trip to Tulamben because of Bali Dive Resort and Spa! Shout out to Nicole the manager and Miki our dive instructor who was patient with the new dive learners and brought us to see the USAT Liberty Wreck! Highly recommend this dive resort!

The resort and staff were amazing. Our guide was top notch and found d us so much whilst diving. Would have given 5 stars for everything , sadly the food at the restaurant was average at best. Otherwise highly recommended to stay and dive.

This was a great find on a diving trip around Bali. It's near the very famous USS Liberty wreck, but there are lots of other sites to explore (including other wrecks). The dive shop is top notch in terms of service and teaching. The resort itself is very pretty - well kept grounds, a nice spa, good food. The rooms are large and the bed very comfortable. Would book again in a heartbeat.

I spent a week staying and diving with Balidiveresort, from the beginning the contact by email was 10 with all the detailed information I needed, they organized the transfer and all the services during my vacation at a very reasonable price, the experience was great, staff and very nice and professional managers, amazing room next to the pool and the beach, very clean and beautiful, the days diving were the best with Tuk, who was my guide and divemaster every day, super professional and attentive like everyone else , every day they took us to see something different or something that needed to be photographed, breakfast was the best of each day to start the day with energy. In general it was a good experience and I recommend that if you are going to go through Tulamben, it is a very good option to spend a few days with them and enjoy rest and tranquility and good diving. 🙏

Wow! I have been coming to Tulamben for over a decade and never liked hotels over here ... many ran-down hotels. It was with appreciation I walked into Bali Dive Resort with the glass window at the entrance ... Wow... I did not expect to find this incredibly helpful team, incredibly beautiful layout with an ocean view. That's not even talking about the well-maintained garden, rooms, pool, and food. A must .. whether you are vegetarian or not - the vegetarian pepes and pumpkin soon are a must. Well done guy, we will make sure to come back and stay with you guys again and again over the coming months.

If you're looking to dive in Bali, you can't go wrong with Bali Dive Resort. From start to finish, they were exceptional to deal with and the staff, accommodations, and diving are first class. I was traveling light and didn't bring any dive equipment other than my dive computer and they were able to quickly outfit me with all rental gear (and good quality gear) and get into the water. Dives are a quick ride down the street and are generally beach dives. Two great wrecks in the area and a nice wall dive as well. They provided a dive guide who was great to work with and clearly knew the local waters very well. The rooms were very nice, and the grounds immaculate. The resort was able to provide transport to/from my other destinations on Bali as well (with an awesome driver!). Overall, highly recommended!

A great place for resting and diving. The hotel has a good restaurant with food and drinks. Diving sites nearby so you don't have to travel long distances to the site. The staff are nice people. The rooms are clean and in good condition. If you want to move, the roads are quiet on this side of the island, so you can go on a scooter. I recommend it to everyone who wants to rest, dive and explore the environment.

Diving center was very well stocked with new equipment. I went on the off season so had my own personal dive master and could arrange whatever dive schedule I pleased. The room was large and comfortable. The restaurant selections were a little disappointing, but overall it was a great stay.

Very nice resort to enjoy wonderful dives. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are nice and kind. Guide can tailor made your own scuba diving plan even you have only one person. Food are nice. They have everything. Highly recommended!!

We visited a year ago, and started our vacation here and wish we had never left. Such a beautiful resort, the most amazing staff, and the best on-resort food we had our whole trip. The massage was super relaxing and unbelievably cheap. Most importantly, the dive instructors were super knowledgeable and helpful. My girlfriend had never dove before and they made sure she was comfortable during all the training. I sat through her course as a refresher and I can promise they were much more thorough than the class I took in the states.

Staying in Bali Dive Resort was the highlight of my trip. First, the room is extremely spacious and could more than comfortably accomodate all three of us. Second, the hospitlality of the staff is unmatched. When I was not feeling well, the staff drove out to get us the medication we needed. Third, the atmosphere of the resort is so tranquil - it overlooks the sea and has Mount Agung in the back. It's a perfect place to chill and soak in some sun away from the bustle of the city. The food at the resort is great, do get the Club Sandwich and the Burgers! Lastly, it's a great institution for diving. A shout-out to my instructor Miikkaa and Coman, who helped me through the course. They were nothing short of patient in helping me through the course. The resort is a stone throw away from the USAT liberty wreck and it is a must-see for anyone in the area!! Can't wait to come back for some diving!

The Bali Dive Resort & Spa is a small diving oasis in Bali. About the hotel: It is very nicely done, the rooms are super clean, nice and cosy. In the evening, if you want (we had a bungalow with sea view), you can even stream your series or films on the TV via the smart TV and your mobile phone. But with the view, we definitely didn't need it. The breakfast is really delicious, I liked the homemade granola and the homemade peanut butter best. We pretty much ate our way through the entire menu during our stay and can recommend everything without exception. I also changed dishes several times and the staff made everything possible! The rest of the staff, from the gardeners to the management, were also very friendly and helpful, as we expected from our previous experience with Bali Dive in Amed. The resort is beautiful and well maintained, so if you can't or don't want to dive, this is a great place to relax. For diving: We felt very comfortable here. We had a lot of fun with the whole crew, whether it was our guides, the drivers or the backstaff. We were treated very individually as divers. We always had our own guide, who was very attuned to us and always looked for the smallest and most amazing sea creatures with and for us. We are already looking forward to the next time!
