We ordered a cucumber salad, the spicy chickpeas and the sweet potato dish. Perfect place for vegetarians and veg lovers. Come here for sunset!

Worst indian food I have ever had in Amed. I ordered daal thinking it would come with indian taste and what we got was totally not upto our expectations, it was like a Thai Curry with lots of potato in it, taste was so bad. I couldn't say it was a daal. We ordered chana masala also which came in a small bowl with potion size for a child only and to top it off, it was undercooked. Thali size was like it cannot be sufficient enough even for one person. They gave us just 2 tablespoon raita in a thali, one small coconut dessert which was extremely sweet, one liquidy mix veg which had all boring veggies in it and one spoon mint chutney. One Norma thali costs 500 Indian rupees/ 8USD which is extremely costlier than any fine dine restaurant in India and even from Indonesian restaurant standards. Maybe others were served better food and had better experience but our experience was extremely bad.

A hidden gem, discovered literally down a dark alley, this place like all of Amed seemed so deserted, however we persevered up the stairs to a secret beautiful roof garden. The menu is Indian vegetarian, we all chose special thali which was simple, fresh and amazing. Yes the service is a little slow but that is beachside it’s freshly made, roti’s sizzling away as background music. The best food I’ve had yet in Bali, can’t wait to be back! Perfect to fill the belly after a long days diving! I forgive the 4 song playlist and terrible wine!

Nad Brahma is a cute little rooftop cafe with amazing views of the ocean and Mt. Agung. About 80% of their menu is vegan. I have tried only one dish here - pasta with carrots and coconut cream sauce and it was amazing. They serve filtered water free of charge and let you to refill your bottle, which I thought was incredibly nice of them. The prices are affordable and are inclusive of gov tax! If you are in Amed, definitely visit this place.

This places is beautiful it is a small restaurant on the roof surrounded by flowers and small trees planted around the wall with wooden tables and chairs the view is breathtaking you get to see all Amed. The owner Rosie is an incredible cook every thing is done by her, So patience is key. The food was amazing and for her to be doing this by her self is also an amazing achievement, There is a lot of variety of food & drinks and perfect for vegetarians & Vegans if you are a meat eater you still need to come try this place out you won't regret it.
