I know this because I was on the fishing boat Johnny recommended. The fish his wife Madeprepared was delivered right off the boat! And I followed it to the warung at the top of the hill. Made’s sambal is nothing like that on offer anywhere in Legian/Kuta/Candidasa. It is sublime! Made fresh, well balanced with just a hint of heat without adding chilli sauce to it. The snake beans and grilled tuna were perfectly cooked. And I actually enjoyed the Mi Goreng.
