We can highly recommend this place! The restaurant is located on the top of a mountain, there is an incredibly beautiful viewpoint from which you can enjoy a wonderful view - even of Mount Agur. The kitchen there is also extremely tasty, as the owner Kadek is a trained cook who has many years of professional experience in the USA and Singapore. Kadek is extremely hospitable. He showed us the most beautiful places of excursions, temples and hiking trails. The place is a jewel that has not yet been overrun by tourists. We thank you, dear Kadek, for your hospitality and the wonderful time you have given us.

For those who want to see more of Bali than crowded tourist resorts with fancy western restaurants, this is a real insider tip! During our trip through Bali we landed in Karangasem for a few days. In addition to his homestay, the owner of our Airbnb Kadek owns an incredibly beautiful restaurant on top of the mountain. This offers not only super delicious food (Kadek is a trained cook), but also an overwhelming view of Bali. You can also see the famous Mount Agur. Far away from the stressful city traffic in Bali's south you will find a quiet and very relaxed place in the middle of nature.

This place was great. We visited this place on the way back from Pura Penataran Agung. Lovely little place. Food and drinks prices were not “tourist taxed” either. Food was good, didn’t sample the drinks, I just had a coke and these are the same everywhere. The service was great, the view was spectacular. If Agung goes off again, I might have to come here for a meal at night. The view of Mount Agung is “front and center” The owner / main guy was great with us. We were 12000Rp, short, (we forgot to go to the ATM on the way and they don’t have EFTPoS here) So we were allowed to transfer him the money later. It’s actually a camping ground as well. However the tents are under cover with a great view of Agung as well. One criticism would be the music was a little high... sort of took away from the tranquility. It’s not taking anything away from the place though.... you would love it. Very accommodating staff. It’s good for families as well. They have a great little playground for kids.

The restaurant is in an amazing view point uphill. From there you get to see the beautiful landscape with mountains and sea. The food itself is very nice, we had the continental breakfast with juice toast coffee and eggs. The owner is very nice and kind. Really recommend place!

Kadek is great and helpful host. He is also a good cook, I really enjoyed his Chicken Noodle Soup! The place is amazing - the view from his tarrace allow You to see Agung, Amlapura, Nusa Penida and even Denpasar from one place! Unbelievable! Place is situated in higher parts so there is a bit coller than Amlapura - just perfect bc! We also saw a lot of birds, beatles and other animals. Tent was equipped with four comfy mattresses and really huge soft blanket and few pillows. There is big wooden roof above the tent so don’t worry about rain - you can leave Your belongings outside - they won’t get wet. The road leading to Kadek’s place is a bit steep, but Kadek is ready to help You wit his motorbike. Just check Your brakes before getting there and don’t take to much items with You. We were driving there 2 person with 30 kg of baggage and we made it. Local people at this area are also really to see You - be ready to see a lot of smiling faces at Your way there. If You don’t want to sleep at this place just go there visit Kadek’s D'Lumbung Sari just for the dinner. The view is worth everything. Thank You Kadek, I hope we will meet again in the future!

This place is heaven on earth. The best view I have seen in my life by far! I found peace. A hidden gem on the hills.

I've never had such a amazing view for breakfast in the morning with amazing typely balinasisian food. The owner is a nice friendly guy and speaks flowing English. Always happy to come back
