Strange guesthouse, your well-being here depends very much on the room you get. We booked a room 5 hours before arrival, but when we arrived our booking was not known. They offer express check-in, but the reality is that check-in is very, very slow, at times rude, like they don't want us here. We got a small room, not like what we booked. We didn't have Wi-Fi in the room, only on the terrace. The room was not comfortable. The towels looked old and dirty. There is a Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom that always makes a sound when you turn on the light, which could not be switched off either. Very strange part. We booked a fan room but were given an AC room, and it wasn't possible to adjust the system, so it wasn't too cold or too hot. Luckily, through Agoda staff, we can cancel the second night and move to another guesthouse :-)

We just live here for 14 days. Super good place for a holiday here in Amed with 2 pools and close to the beach. The staff is also super friendly both the people in the beach area And the pool area and reception There also a good massage place in the beach with super good service. Driver from airport was also super professionel and good to talk with πŸ‘πŸ˜Š Dive Center adventure next door if you interested in diving 🀿 Super place can recommend to everyone.

Nice pool, very close to the beach and good breakfast. Music at the hotel until 11 pm, which is late if you have 2 young kids. The 2 rooms we booked were at the other site of the complex.

We had a truly authentic Balinese hospitality experience at this hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay carefree and enjoyable. The massages were particularly relaxing and helped us to feel well-rested. The hotel's location was great, with amazing diving and snorkeling opportunities just steps away from our room. The food and cocktails were also top-notch. We stayed in the Puri Agung suite, which was located above the restaurant and right on the ocean. The views were breathtaking

We loved sitting on the beach in front of the hotel. The staff were so friendly and attentive. They greeted us each day by name and had helpful suggestions for ways to spend our time; we really felt like we were leaving friends when our stay was over. While snorkeling right in front of the hotel, we saw a sea turtle and from the beach saw a pod of dolphins swimming. Amazing!! Also, the food was great - try their guacamole or the arak pina colada. Thank you so much to everyone here!!

Stayed for 4 nights and extended 3 more. Family room has tons of space. Room is clean and very comfortable. Hotel itself is nicely appointed with 2 separate pools, one of which is an infinity pool. Also has a ping pong table and plenty of spots throughout the hotel to sit outside with a good book. Restaurant on beach is good and serves an incredible buffet breakfast. Staff is very kind, engaging, and delightful. We felt like a home away from home here. Great location for diving and also good snorkeling right off the beach.

Very friendly and great personal!! Always smiling, welcoming and helpful. Very good location in Amed if you want to go out and around. Two nice pools and a restaurant right in front of the beach. Roof top bar and massage available. My room was not great with missing towel and windows right by a walk path - everyone could look into my room. But it was very cheap and there is a lot of other rooms there looked much nicer with more privacy.

We loved it here and the staff were amazing. The pool was great and there are two to choose from. We loved our rooms and the beds were nice to sleep on. We ended up at the restaurant a few times and always met people or stayed talking to the staff. Good food and great fun. Thank you! PS our daughter loved the cat and named her Misty.

Went in the off season, but the weather was still gorgeous. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The associated cafe is excellent. They are working on adding south Indian food to the menu. I got to try some early-look dishes, and all were amazing. Cafe is literally on the beach, and amazing snorkeling/diving reefs are right there. Prices were very very reasonable. ATM's in town can be a bit finicky; some didn't work while I was here. (Not at all the fault of Amed Cafe tho) Bring/buy sunscreen! Nearby stores offer necessities. Hotel also rents snorkel gear. Would definitely stay here again if I am lucky enough to return.

We ate dinner here two nights (didn't stay at the hotel). Beautiful beach front cafe for a lovely dinner, unique and delicious cocktails, all topped off with a kind and attentive staff. A bit more expensive than other places nearby, but we definitely recommend.

The door windows in the room don't fully close but the staff is really nice, 5 stars for them. Nice big pool. Rooms are big with amazing view and big bathroom. Bit of a walk or maze from the reception to our room upstairs. They are building things around so little bit of mess. But overall great value for money

Rooms family dream number 1 and 2 are soo good. Few levels big and beautiful landscape at hotel’s territory, with swimming pool, little fake river and lake, rooftop bar. Gorgeous breakfast with ocean view (u need to cross the street to have breakfast in in other hotel’s area). We have 2 days stay in those hotel at February 2020
