1 star for the sea viewโ€ฆ 1 star for the friendly staff.. Thatโ€™s it unfortunately. The quality of the hotel room was below average. Building or at least our room seemed not to be well maintained. Almost unbearable was the smell which came from the bathroom, thus made our stay worse and was a constant reminder of feeling uncomfortable in the room. We asked multiple time for it to be checked. Once the bathroom was apparently cleaned, it still smelled disgusting like mold. Bathroom was generally not well keptโ€ฆhair on the floor, tiles in the shower didnโ€™t look cleanโ€ฆ Staff and sea view was good but wouldnโ€™t come back unfortunately.

Our room smelled like sewage! No real fix for it. The wifi is almost useless and as we lived on the 1st floor, which is below ground level from the reception, there where no mobil service either. The breakfeast was partialy cold and it differ from day to day what you got when you ordered the same thing. Dinner wasnt any better expencive and poor. There are two resturants close by which serve much better food. Be aware you are in the middel of knowhere, so transport is sort of a must evertime you go out the door. One stare is for the pool only highlight.

Hi everyone, I put low the appraisal to get the owner's attention. I have been coming to your hotel for a year now, few times. And always staying in rooms on the third, second floor. But yesterday I stayed in a room on the ground floor 101. Great views of the garden and easy access to the pool. But!! The room needs renovation, everywhere there is mold covered with paint, everywhere there are drips from rain, and the headrest of the bed is swollen from this. It is unpleasant and scary to sleep. I couldn't sleep all night yesterday. Many big spiders, many beetles, and there were cockroaches. I no longer pay attention to ants. I understand that we live in the tropics, but the rooms need to be infected. But most of all I was outraged by the behavior of the staff (the person who answered me on the phone). This person told me that I was the only one complaining. What it is? We are adults or children in the sandbox who shout "is it your fault, not me ??" Everything happens for the first time in life. Some of the guests do not complain and are silent, I am the one who is silent. I do not keep quiet! Because I work in tourism and I have a travel agency and my clients listen to me. And I hope that when the time is good for Bali, you will renovate the room and have a meeting with the staff about what to tell guests and what not. I'm a guest! I have brought many friends to you and I recommend your hotel to everyone. I have no reason to make up bad room stories. Just accept the guest's complaints, do not argue with him and then make such a face as "we are glad that you are leaving." The most important thing is that the guest comes back and recommends you. I like your hotel, so I won't put all the photos I took yesterday. I just advise everyone to take the second and third floor. Because the hotel has a beautiful garden, pool and lagoon. I hope you understand me. I will be back, but I want my favorite hotel not to deteriorate. See you soon. Thank you๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ™

It's a nice hotel right on the beach. There's a swimming pool, too. We stayed next door but came here to have dinner almost every day because the food was delicious and the service was exceptional. Everybody was super kind and we became friends with Wayan the best waiter we've ever met. We would definitely come back again. Highly recommended if you need a quiet holiday. It's a little piece of paradise!

Location is right by the beach. My room was facing to the beach. So niceee. All staffs are friendly. You can snorkeling in the beach front, but if you want to see something else you can swim or walk in the path walk to the south you will find Japanese wreck that being home of school of fish and lots of other sea creatures. Not to mention this hotel is also sunrise spot and if you're lucky you get to see dolphins in the morning (i know it's a rare thing here, so i said if you lucky. Because i was lucky ๐Ÿฅฒ) Breakfast was okay. Just 1 minus point to the hotel, room where i stay was hot, the Ac was not working properly (please check 107).

Amed Dream located in Amed Karangasem East Bali. Nice hotel in modern style and equipped with needed amenities for your stay. Room was functional and spacious with large patio viewing the beautiful Amed beach. You can snorkel, dive or swim directly on their beach premises. Reef and beach were super cool, you don't have to swim too far to find some colourful fish among the reef. In the room: comfy bed, hair dryer, small fridge, electric kettle, sachets pack of coffee and tea, mineral water. Other activities like fishing or diving in open ocean can be arranged everywhere nearby, you can ask the hotel staffs to get in touch with the vendors or you can easily find them on amed street. This is a quaite place, and the nature is almost untouched. If you are expecting loud music in a disco bar and dreaming of a more touristy places with shops, malls and perks around, this is not what you are looking for. Amed is sanctuary for nature and adventure seeker.

Rooms & pool in need of refurbishment, our toilet has grime around the base and pillows look yellow as they are so old, I guess it is a question of getting what you pay for... I think this is more 2 star than 3, apart from the lobby and restaurant, that is very good so good for a lunch etc.

I stayed here for 3 days with my husband. I was very satisfied with this hotel. I think we got the best room, it's room 207, it has big refridge and stove (pan and spatula included for cooking). We always asked for room cleaning everyday bc we went for diving course most of the day, and they always do that. Super nice services. The staffs were so kind. You can do laundry also in here. We can do breakfast at our room too. The view was soooo great. You can do stargazing at your balcony. The room was big. The bathroom was nice too. But be aware of Tomcat insects. They were so many, i think it's because of the balcony door didn't fully close. Overall i'll be back to this hotel for sure if i'm going to Amed.

Great place to stay. Staff are very friendly, hotel is keeped clean an provided great services.. the beach out front is great for snorkelling with the Japanese shipwreck just next door. Swimming distance from front of hotel. Plenty of fish an coral. We got lucky and seen few turtles ๐Ÿข ๐Ÿ˜ . Staff can provide snorkelling set from hotel for 50,000 Rupiah a day. Breakfast was great and the warung next door is cooks up a mean feed ๐Ÿคค๐Ÿคค

Great view from the window, clean pool, access to the beach (the beach is clean and comfortable). The staff is friendly and accommodating. The Internet works very badly and the mobile network does not catch. But this is the perfect hotel to reload in nature

We stayed 4 days 3 night in Amed. The view from the hotel amazing. You can see the sun rise and the beach are sand and safe for kiddos swimming or snorkling. The hotel facilities just right but still need improvement. Breakfast a la carte is fine. The food is good. But mostly thr staff is very nice and helpful. Over all we do enjoy our time staying here. Thank you team ๐Ÿ˜Š . Keep it up..

We loved this place very much and stayed 5 nights. Wake up and fall asleep while hearing and seeing the ocean. Staff are very friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms are cleaned daily and thoroughly. Pool is super clean and refreshing. Ocean right by your fingertips. Breakfast was good and fresh. Water for free in the restaurant, fridge/minibar in your room are cold and quite, coffee and tea provided daily in room as well. Great service! Staff took good care of us! We would like to come back again! Thank you!

The Hotel is located far from the main drag. The neighboring traittoria is great but you want more eventually. The hotel restaurant is Covid19-ed, so breakfast only. The Hotel is sparse and dated, not even discolights in the shower can fix that. Everything is clean, staff is very friendly. But the main attraction is the amazing pool and surroundings as well as the gorgeous sun rises.

Very poor experience. Photos are not accurate, seems like it depreciated a lot during covid and they did not have the money to renovate. Mould in rooms with a foul smell, AC does not work, and we woke up to very itchy backs and bumps. Lots of complaints from guests when we were there. Turns out they were bed bugs! When we brought this up to management, they were rude and told us to stop acting like we are rich? Not a place worth booking if you want a stress free trip. They would not refund us for our days left so we just changed accommodations and moved on with our lives.

We were mislead by photos the room is small and can only fit a bed, missing a balcony/terrace it is not 25 m sq as advertised. Room is flooded with mosquitos and NOT soundproof, extremely noisy neighbours that have a furniture moving, yelling and door open/closing fetish from 6am. Hard to sleep with noisy neighbours and mozzie bites and staff will refuse to do anything about this! No phone reception and the wifi connection drops out a lot, runs at 10mb/s. The room phone to call staff does NOT work. Shower is spacious with very dimly lit disco lights but no proper lighting options. Room is clean but old. Location is isolated and very inconvenient

We arrived at the hotel to enquire about vacancy for 2 nights . Guy who was working, was not really interested in us , we asked if there were any restaurants close , he mumbled yeah close , we asked was there Bintang , to which he replied , rudely , NO alcohol ! The hotel was beautiful, but the attitude of staff member put us off ! We left ! In Pandemic times , we would have thought the hotel would have been happy to accept guests . Bitterly disappointed

It is sad that we may be the only guests here at the moment we checked in. However, the place offers majestic views to the east, which is lovely as you get up in the morning literally the sun greets you. Room itself is decent but surprisingly there is no GSM signal in the entire place. WiFi is available, do not worry. Perfect for a laidback kind of day.

The hotel view is great. The location is far from main drag. First day, they gave us room twin but put it together and the wifi was bad in the room, so we asked for move room with good wifi connection. Unfortunately, the staff is unfriendly. Service was bad.

I recently stayed at the Amed Dream and was blown away by the perfect combination of affordability and exceptional service. The location quite far from the center of amed but this hotel offers tranquility and located right on the black sparkling sandy beach with stunning views. The rooms and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. The lowest room type is windowless, so might not be suitable for some people. The staff were friendly, attentive and the manager is always there to ensure guest satisfaction. The hotel amenities, including the pool and on-site restaurant have a great view. The breakfast food was delicious. The Beach Front Hotel is a hidden gem that offers an incredible beachfront experience without breaking the bank. The snorkling spot is right in front of the hotel. I highly recommend it!
