Friendly staff, rooms are in badly need for a rework. Walls are like papers, so if you have a noisy neighbour, you will hear them the whole night. No kitchen, breakfast is also plain and simple, 3 choiche of eggs, though you never get them served the same way as before. Garden could look better if some work would had been invested.

We've booked about 6 accommodations in Bali. This was the most expensive and the worst of all of them. Wi-fi didn't work in your room, shower was also totaly inapplicable. Everything was quite dirty and unkempt. Breakfast is pancake or toast bread with egg + fruits + tea or coffee (I've never had the most awful coffee in my life. It was rancid!!) Staff is nice but that's unfotunately all.

The Museum of Modern Sound. If you're unfortunate enough to stay on the road side of the property, you'll be in luck to hear every noise imaginable during the course of your night. Dogs, bike racing, trucks and construction would wake us up every hour. Apart from this the hotel was nice.

Would not go back. We had initially booked 6 nights and left after 2 (would have been 1 if we could have found a new hotel sooner). Our first room's toilet didn't flush and the room smelled of sewage. The staff reluctantly let us change rooms to an 'upgraded room' which had holes and openings in the walls allowing for ants and cockroaches and geckos to share the room with us. The staff were unfriendly and unhappy. The owner wasn't nice and made us seem like talking to us was a chore. we approached him with our concerns regarding the rooms and the staff and he brushed us off.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Sure, not everything is perfect (some of the doors stuck a little for example), but the pool is amazing, the staff are lovely and we found the place to be super relaxing. Decent location too

We were so happy to stay here. We had room 5 for four nights (contact the property directly for good rates). The pool is lovely, good breakfast, friendly staff. Our air con didn't work well on the first night. We told the staff and they had a technician fix it straight away. The toilet was a little bit smelly at times, but we just closed the door =)

The rooms are simple, clean and pretty. They face a lush garden, there’s a pretty pool, it’s right on the beach, and breakfast was excellent with homemade bread and fresh, fresh egs, as well as fruit

I don’t know what to say but I completely disappointed the way they treat the local customers with no respect. I think the staff are more genuine into the white people even though I paid the same price as them as well. The door is broken so I have to use wooden chair to lock the door. The blanket is super thin. I studied about hospitality and the male staff is actually need more education about how to be polite in front of the customer. We have to wait few minutes when we wanted to check out like literally I have to waste 15 minutes waiting for that guy to check my room while i have to attend the meeting on time. This is my genuine review as a hotel reviewer and content creator. And please do remember that during the Covid time, locals are helping you to bring your business back.

A very great place to be on the seaside yet not right smack on the sand. Rustic wood rooms, friendly staff, a pool to cool off. Definitely worth the price

It's been a hard year for tourism and unfortunately they need to do a lot of repairs. The staff are really working hard though to do anything they can to ensure you have a good stay.

Beautiful pool, 5 meters from the beach, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very close to all worth attractions in Amed. Very good value for money.

Very nice stay here. Staff was very friendly. Room, toilet, bed sheets, patio were all clean and tidy. Toilet could smell a bit funky at times. Nothing too bad. We just closed the toilet door after use an all were fine. Roosters might wake you up in the morning, which might be either a positive or a negative depending on how you see it.

Really nice place with a nice pool in front of the see. Clean room quite simple, with a terrace including a sofa and a table. Bayu is really a nice guy very well attentionned. Other people from the staff are nice as well.

This place was nice to stay as it was right on the beach, however, found a cockroach in the bathroom, it was a partially outdoor bathroom though, so be prepared for bugs, and there is no real blanket on the bed... You get a sheet. When we asked for a blanket they just gave us another sheet.... Shake my head.
