We had great stay here. The wifi is good. Breakfast is yummy. Room and toilet were super clean and spacious. In quiet area. No chickens or dogs barking so you can sleep in peace 😝 The staff gave us free upgrade and it was very nice of him. Renting bike was available.will stay here again when i come back!

Villas are massive and equipped with basic but sufficient amenities. They are located on the quiet side of Amed, which is very fine if you can drive a scooter. There are few shops around, including a small supermarket, few restaurants laundries and massage spas, and the place is conveniently located next the beautiful Lipah beach. There is a beautiful swimming pool available and clean. Scooter are available for rent. Scuba diving is also possible down the road. All in all, good value for money and great service by the personnel on site.

3 Star accomodation with 5 Star views of the ocean and Balinese sailing boats. Clean large 32 square metre sun soaked Villas. Gas califont heating - no shortage of hot water in shower with hood water pressure in tai forest shower. Facilities are a little dated yet luxurious at backpacker rates. We paid AUD $158 for 4 nights! Attentive staff; will organise scooter hire or in-house massage in your villa. The pool is deep with semi-submerged sun beds, and a small shallow pool area. Simple breakfast fare; walking distance to restaurants or short scooter ride to Ames Central. Check out Warung Johnny 20 metres up the road, blue restaurant. Humble, unpretentious Balinese style cuisine. Surprisingly fly hood food. For an authentic experience on the water with the local fisherman, ask Johnny to hook you up with a 4:30-5am departure on an outrigger. Will cost between AUD $40-50. Well worth it!

The view and pool amazing. Make sure to rent a scooter. But becarful at night there is limited lighting and the road around this area is in a state of disrepair, nothing to do with the hotel. Oh and be sure you have money sorted as only 1 atm in Amed atm, and this does run out of money. There was quite a queue when were there and it is a fair way from the main tourist area.

房间干净宽敞,床也很舒服,主人(wayan)人特别好!我在这住了一周,每天房间看日出,非常爽! Strongly recommended ! Wayan really cares for his customer! The first day I arrived in Amed, I have already had serious diarrhea for threes days, I didn’t eat for the whole day and had a fever, checked in with Wayan (the host) at around 6pm, he immediately took me to see a doctor, accompanied and translated for me in the clinic.I think if without Wayan,I won’t go to the clinic on that day, because it was almost dark and I feel so weak and tired at that time, and my health could getting worse and I may not be able to enjoy my holiday. Wayan makes me feel I have someone to trust and relied on! Needless to say the room are so big and clean, also the bed is very comfortable. For as little as 30-40 dollars, you can see the magnificent sun rise from the sea in your own room.

Had a very enjoyable stay here, fantastic ocean view, staff very helpful and friendly also. One thing I would say is the shower and toilet gun heads need a good clean. Breakfast is basic but does the job. Would stay again.

Absolutely gorgeous spot on the hill with ocean views. Beds are on the firm side but hardly noticed after a day in the warm waters snorkelling.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa, enhanced by the incredible service from Wayan. He was always polite and attentive, readily assisting with everything from room cleaning to arranging motorbike rentals and airport transportation. The housekeeping staff were also super friendly, always eager to help. Breakfast was a delight, served by a very kind lady. The variety of tasty options provided a great start to our days. Our room was spacious and comfortable, boasting a beautiful sea view. The pool was clean, large, and very enjoyable. Overall, this hotel offered a perfect blend of excellent service, great facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

An absolute dream location!!! We had a house with a marvelous sea view as wel as a view over the beautiful very well maintained gardens. Very peaceful quiet surroundings, just a little out of the centre of Amed, exactly what we aimed for. The swimmingpool is a dream, the staff is extremely friendly, breakfast offers a egg & toast / fruit / nasi variety, tasty and good portions. Spaceful room with good warm water shower, GOOD fridge, GOOD airco, big veranda, lots of privacy. The only thing that could be a minus for some are the solid matrasses. A few steps around the corner you'll find some nice and well priced warungs, a well priced supermarket, great snorkling spots on a 10 minute walk. All of this for a fantastic price. We highly recommend this place, we hope to be able to come back one day. Thank you so much Wayan and team! Victor & Jessica

The view, the pool and the wonderful staff is all you need to have a top- stay here. Rent a scooter and check all the nice spots around the corner. Breakfast is good, every day cleaning of our room. Our daughter went sick, Wayan guided us to the doctor where we had anti-biotics, she was fine in 24hours again! Absolutely recommended place!

Best view, pool I've experienced in bali. Nice air con rooms. Staff were a bit weird, always asking how much I paid for things and then laughing at me

Every time we come to Amed we are staying here, so lovely guesthouse! Clean, cozy rooms with all amenities provided. Breathtaking sea view included right from your window! The atmosphere is calm and tranquil – great for some recharging. Shared pool is quite deep and so nice. Wayan is very welcoming and friendly. I recommend this place to enjoy Amed the fullest.

We enjoyed our stay at Bali Bhuana villas - the pool is fantastic and the rooms have a great view. The French toast for breakfast is very delicious. The hotel is close to a few nice warungs, however you need transport to get to anything else really. We were a little disappointed with the support we got from the manager to be able to get a car. When we asked for a taxi to a local restaurant, the manager advised that the hotel car was in Denpasar, but we could use the hotel scooter. We advised we did not feel confident driving a scooter as we had never done this before and our travel health insurance would not cover us so this was not an option for us. We asked him for a taxi number which he would not share. It felt really unhelpful and we ended up walking some distance to the restaurant and they restaurant called us a taxi home. We felt a little stuck at the hotel because we couldn’t easily get access to transport. We decided we wanted to leave one day early and spoke to a staff member (not the manager) who advised it was fine to leave a day early. Upon checking out the next day, the manager advised we would have to pay for the night we didn’t stay as we cancelled too late. We felt frustrated as we had asked in advance and told this was fine to leave early. We finally came to a compromise with the manager that we would pay for half of the night. So, hotel in general is good for what you pay but we were just disappointed with the above two points.

Be careful booking here through online platforms Booked with Agoda and arrived after a three hour drive to be told our booking at the Bhuana Villas couldn't be honored despite being paid in full. Hotel made no effort to contact us or contact the third party provider. They either don't know how to use the third-party booking sites correctly, or they purposely overbooked as they offered us a room at their sister property down the road. It was not equal to what we had booked (a mountainside ocean view room) but instead we were given a room near the beach (not on the beach) with no view. Rooms were dated and very standard with sub-par amenities. The room we were given was not aligned with the price we paid.

Good place to stay, not expensive and service is great. The villas have air conditioning, are clean and have everything you need. The pool is lovely and has an amazing view of the ocean. The host (Wayan) was incredible, always smiling, always helpful and made our stay memorable. The hotel is only 10 minute walk from the access to the beach where we could do snorkeling 10 metres from the shore and saw amazing colourful fish and turtles. Will definitely come back.

My villa was perfect, cleaned every day, comfortable bed, beautiful view, good bathroom, with excellent shower and the A/C and fridge worked well. The pool was really nice, very clean, with plenty of loungers. Wayan and his staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included, with plenty of choices. No bugs at all, inside and out. Highly recommended

Awesome place. Very friendly and helpful personel ☺️ This is a great place to relax and wake up and fall asleep with a beautiful view in front of you. The host (Wayan) will always help with warmth and a smile. Thanks to his hospitality this place gains more magic. Surely we come back!

I spend a few nights here. It was absolutely lovely! The view was amazing, breakfasts were brilliant. The room, set apart from other rooms, on top of the hill, was spacy and gave a lot of privacy. Personel were very helpful and gave a lot tips about activities in Amed. I'm sure you will have z very good chill if you stay here!

We came in without prior booking and got offer for villa directly behind the restaurant which blocked it's view on sea. Inside the villa were some termites coming from floor, fridge was very dirty inside, water left in kettle from previous renter probably. Overall our villa was not very clean and it's quite old it seems. Staff are very nice though, gave good recommendations, breakfast was better than expected and it's worth the price. I recommend booking upfront though as they probably take better care of the other villas.

This has been one of the most enjoyable stays in all of Bali. The location is superb, the facilities and rooms are immaculate and abundant, the host is the best of the best. Wayan is such a sweetheart, I wanted to stay just to hang out with him. He’s such a happy and lovely guy. He helped us with snorkels and gave us some recommendations. The view from the rooms are so beautiful and I really can’t recommend it enough!!!
