Perfect villa for a group / family holiday. The location is great, the food prepared by Sari was delicious and the price was more than reasonable. Most recommendations by the owners are great, but I recommend researching a little yourself if you want to find a good diving school for example. Walking distance to an amazing Italian place (trattoria) if you want a change from the equally amazing local cuisine.

This is a stunning villa! Makes you feel like a celebrity when you're there. It is simple and absolutely beautiful. The pool is awesome and the sea view breathtaking.

Beautiful place. A very nice villa with breathtaking view. This is 3 bedroom villa. A luxury villa for 2 bedders. And a less luxury one 1 bedroom with sofa bed. I mean they are listed under different names. I choose the smaller because of the private access to the cliff. But unfortunately we are unable to snorkel there. The carer advise us to snorkel japanese shipwreck instead. We had miscommunication along the way which worsen our experience with the villa. First the listing is confusing and the name that we ended up checking in is different from the one listed in app. Being trying to locate the check in person, dark, no reception (they should have listed it in the listing this info). It’ll be great to get more assistance in checking in. Both owner and manager failed to ensure smooth arrival. And no reception making it worst. I wont put all blame to them as I should be more proactive. Lesson learnt if the place we rent is not giving information a day before (usually we get contact by whasapp directly), better I checked and rechecked again from top to bottom thoroughly. Again to the app, they should make sure this crucial information is listed. And making sure a place that is not easy check in like this place, put their checkin instruction in provided place.

These villas are absolutely gorgeous and they have an incredible view, our stay here was just perfect! It was a very welcome relief to get away from the high traffic tourist areas of Bali where it is difficult to avoid being harassed by the vendors. Amed offers not only beauty, but also peace and quiet. You can snorkel or dive right from this property or just sit and watch the fishing boats sail by in the mornings and return in the afternoon. I am adding this review to a few of the villas as I was able to tour them during my stay and was astounded at how wonderful they are. I highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic 3-bedroom villa with extra beds for kids. Room for many people. Georgeous 270° view of the ocean with super pool. The lady in charge, Sari, will arrange everything you need. A bit secluded, but so relaxing. The restaurant Trattoria next door is excellent. I'd go back anytime.

An absolutely gorgeous villa for a weekend getaway!! It’s super clean and comfortably fits 10 people (3 bedrooms and 3 beds holding two people). It has a breathtaking poolside overlooking the sea, a large open concept living space and dining area, a kitchen and 4 bathrooms throughout (drainage had a bit of a smell at times in a couple of bathrooms but this is pretty normal in Bali). They also serve a full menu onsite if requested which was super convenient. When we arrived Sari greeted us - she’s the best; she cooked the most delicious meals for us and arranged all of our activities, and always with the biggest smile. We really appreciated how flexible everything was. Wayan/Dirta had arranged our booking. We only met him once, and while he isn’t super warm/friendly in person, he had clear and fast communication before check in. Overall, thanks for the hospitality and we can’t wait to visit again one day!
