The staff was amazing, friendly and so helpful. Thank you Wayan, Nyoman, Gede, and all the others! Lipah Beach is a very nice and quiet place. Beautiful snorkeling, fish, coral and turtles only a few meters from the beach. The resort is only a few minutes walk from the beach. The villas are large, one king size bed and one queen. The pool is great, quite deep (over 2m). The shop/warung next door is very good and there are nice restaurants/warungs within walking distance. The WiFi is really good! The villas would need some simple, but needed repairs to enhance the experience. Kitchenware is in need of renewal. With very small changes, the resort could be of much higher rating, and experience, both for guests and for the staff.

Sweet and legendary. The stay is really great. This is by far the most amazing stay I've ever had in Bali. Also, if you don't really fancy pork or bacon relates dishes, get potatoes and bake them. The stay provides us with stoves and stuff. Such an amazing place to spend a getaway.

overall I wouldn’t recommend. the staff was really nice and helpful, so I hope they take this review and better themselves. good location, close to the beach nice staff the room was spacious the room had a kitchen with appliances. good balcony. dirty room, dirty sheets. I slept inside a liner that I had. smells wet and moldy. the room was humid all the time, including the sheets. the pool was a bit old, so we ended up not using it at all. the room had mold, and the paint crumbled from the walls. the bed wasn’t comfortable. the hot water in the shower didn’t work. they use old and good pictures from before, and also pictures from the other place with the same name.

Stopped in for 2 days & stayed 7. Great spot, amazing view from villa's 1 & 2. Staff are very friendly & trustworthy. Infinity pool on the beach, good snorkeling just out in front. A couple of shady guys in the beach trying to sell boat trips for higher than normal prices.

Our hot water cylinder constantly trips it's shutoff switch. We never had hot water unless you reset it every hour for a couple hours to ensure heating... When advised the staff they said it will be hot in 10 mins. Absolute lies. If you want to risk contracting Legionnaires disease from Luke warm showering book now. ZERO effort was made to remedy this health risk. Overall the paths were decrepit and run down and we constantly had ants roaming our villa. Staff were friendly and there room cleaning was good. The restaurant was closed and they did not tell us this untill after signing in, asking for payment and taking our bags to our room... Cheeky much? Will not return and if I hadn't signed up for 4 nights I would have taken my wife and three children elsewhere after the 1st evening. Also when searching on Google maps it shows the site to be in the bay but it's actually a steep climb from the carpark down to the villas and pool so any elderly or people with mobility issues BEWARE. Overall, worst cheap place we have stayed at on our month holiday.

Beautiful view from the upstairs 2nd floor balcony room. Pool was small but sufficient. Great location close to Lipah beach for snorkelling etc. Good A/C and a fan!

Good location, old dirty rooms and average service. You can't close the window, can't lock the inside door to another apartment (so other guests can get to your room anytime), roaches running all over the place. Toilet stopped working. Sockets fall out the walls and much more. Good for one night sleepover, way overpriced for this standard.

Nice place, great location, about three minutes walk to the beach, a little pool, kitchen with appliances, fridge, etc. Room is nice clean, with AC and fan too. Super friendly staff. The only thing that annoyed us was that the toilet flushing didn't really work. So we had to use a huge bowl to do the job. I kindly asked the staff to repair it, a bit later they told me it's ready to use it, but nothing has changed. Other than this, very good price for value ratio.

Best accommodation we had so far in Amed! We stayed in double one villa 2, can’t understand the bad reviews to be honest. The staff is friendly, the pool is nice and clean, close to the beach, kitchen with a pot, bowls, plates and cuttlery. Bathroom nice and clean, Rooms big with clean comfortable beds. You need a scooter to get to Amed but there are cheap scooter rentals close by. Everyone is super friendly and you will definitely enjoy your stay! We’ll be back :)

We tried to stay there for a month and a half, we were settled in a nice room (pricy) but great location and view. But just out of nowhere, owner decided to move us to another room because a bigger group booked our room... So we decided to move to another Guesthouse since we were afraid to pay a lot and being moved just like that.

The villas are very well situated. In the nearest surroundings you can find the shop, small street restaurant which is opened early in the morning for breakfasts and probably the cleanest public beach I have seen at Bali which is around the corner. The staff is nice and helpful and they speak English on sufficient level. Rooms are spacious, nice and clean, equipped with AC and a fan. On the other hand, the rooms need some repairs so the overall maintenance could be better.

Great value for money and staff are super friendly and helpful. WiFi isn't great but staff did all they could to get us up and running so think it's more a regional issue. Across the road from Lipah Beach which has good snorkeling. About 2 kms from main Amed village so recommend hiring a scooter. Only 39 minute ride to Pura Lempugang Hindu temple (Gateway to Heaven). Recommend.

Overall great value for the price. You get a room with a bathroom, a kitchen and a nice balcony. But we had cockroaches in the bathroom! One even got out into the room. If there were no bugs this would be an easy 5*, but the bugs were quite nasty.

The pool has to be one of the most beautiful in Bali, on a ledge above the sea, beautifully designed with the colour of the water changing with the variations of light through the day. The rooms are mostly individual villas and very charming in style - simple yet comfortable. The beds and bed linen are good quality, very comfortable, and the staff very helpful and caring. I have to say, Amed has suffered very much from the pandemic because it is largely reliant on tourism, and fishing. So Double One Villas has some maintenance issues which have obviously been deferred from a lack of funds. But it is such a wonderful spot, give them a chance to recover, spend some money with them and help them come back to where they were - the prices are very reasonable indeed, and the experience will change you. Amed is Bali's best destination, and best-kept secret

Lovely staff very friendly, nice big rooms bed cooking facilities? No breakfast though but Indah shop right next door. Pool the best, clean and deep which is unusual for Bali. Would recommend to anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta etc, pick time of year that is good for snorkeling, lots of things to do sightseeing etc. special warm thank you to Gede for making my stay memorable.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I love staying at this villa! It's large and has a kitchen. My favorite place in Bali😊

What a dump! Broken toilet. Broken fridge. No drinking water. Room 3 meters from the main road traffic noise. What a huge mistake this place was for our family.

I m booked but no one there when l m chek in l traid to call and no one pick up the phone so luck l m arrive there around 5.45 pm and still have time to looking acomodation around event l m so tired after long drive

This place is average like many others around. Would be much better after some light reconstruction, but now... Kitchens are really old and simple, missing mugs, everything quite dirty and from stone age. Some rooms missing glass in windows and have just net against insect so AC keep running all the time. Hot watter just for few minutes so be quick :) WiFi can be better. Good think is that beach with black sand is literally 2min away.

Seems that there are 2 double one villas, Stay away from number 2 on the other side of the road from the beach. This one has rude staff, place is old and dirty, paid for breakfast for 2 and was told that there was no breakfast at the hotel. . Pool seems clean enough though
