The owner is a thief. I lost my phone on the street, which he found later and started extorting me for money to give it back. He was sending me photos of how much the phone was worth new asking me for insane amounts initially. I ended up paying 100usd to get my own phone back but I was also aware that the police were not reliable so I wanted no hassle. This message was just so you know who "you are getting in bed with". I can provide loads of proof on request.

Great place with amazing view. It's right on the beach. We booked luxury room which was big and clean. Owners were lovely and helped us with tickets to Gili while taking care of our motorbike. Good breakfast every morning.

Nice cheap option for your stay, the room got decent space, ceiling fan and air con, the toilet clean, hot and cold shower and water pressure strong, and most of all right beside the beach, for this price range, this is the best option in Amed.

Great place for budget travelers. It's the beach and all the people who come to stay here are awesome, friendly travelers. Right opposite air conditioned supermarket that has toiletries etc. Their restaurant has tasty local food and pancakes. Love the banana smoothie and vegetable soup. (Very Occasionally loud neighbors but if you ask them nicely they won't play loud music past ten pm)

Location is amazing, right on the beach! Stayed in deluxe room, was clean though wish here was a cover on the bathroom window to keep bugs out. Breakfast was really good! Towels provided. Wish there was more outlets in room.

The location is amazing wth great views of the ocean and Mount Agung right from the balcony. There is a great breakfast with eggs, and the rooms are big and clean. The staff is also very friendly, so I would recommend this to anyone.

Simple. Great views if you have a room on the beach. Nice people. Weak AC and electricity. Fridge in some rooms. Not very well-maintained.

Just alot of insects in a dirty room. Shower was broken. All surfaces dirty. Enjoy the hornets trying to nest in the room as well.

No wifi, the room flood with water and kid screaming in the restaurant. However, the food was good and cheap.

Kadek him self is a very nice and kind person. He's always trying to find a solution to make every one happy but unfortunately the service is not the best. I stayed one week and in this period of time the bedroom and the bathroom was never cleaned, no fresh towels and no rubbish bin. So I had to collect the rubbish on my balcony. But like I said Kadek is very kind so it was okay for me. His wife is the opposite of Kadek. She's unfriendly and not patiently. She's just smiling at you when it's about money...

Only room.available during the corona. But the room is superb.A beach front room and you just need 20 step pf walking to the beach Big room, clean bath room, air con and fan.

Please don’t go !! I put 1 star because the staff is nice BUT the rooms are very dirty, there was no AC in one room AND the top of the cherry : there was COCKROACHES in the room 🤮🤮🤮 we talked to the owner about it for a discount and he was super mean and even insulted us.

A beachside room with a great view! Good service from the staff and delicious food. The price is great for what you get... and the breakfast included was so good. If you want to avoid the high prices, I highly recommend this place. Thank you Kadek and staff 🙏🏼

A quiet place on the beach with really nice people! They were very accommodating to my wife who is pregnant 🙏♥️
