price to value was good, esp when you're going to amed to explore and enjoy the sea instead of staying at the resorts. they could definitely improve room cleanliness though, felt dusty here and there, but overall it was good for a good night stayover

Amazing stay here, So close to the beach and great food! Room had an awesome view and the staff were beyond helpful :) We booked very affordable bikes and snorkelling gear through the homestay. The included breakfast was also such a bonus, as was the amazingly cool aircon in our room :)

This is great! There's plenty of light in the room, and you can storm it if you need it, and you can look straight out the window! My room was on the second floor, very cozy, with a big terrace and a mountain view. The sea is within walking distance and the sunset reef is 2 km away. Ground floor kitchen: free cooking, coffee, water, fridge. It's like home, cozy. Thank you for the lovely hotel.

The owner and the staff are super nice, understating and friendly, they make good breakfast: omelette, scrambled eggs or pancake with tea or coffee. The rooms are basic, could be cleaned more deeply and are in need of better maintenance. Our room (volcano view) had no hot water during our stay, it was promised to be fixed - they starting fixing it only when we decided to check out 6 days earlier - thank you for understating again. Also, the floor in the bathroom is oblique so as soon as you use the sink or a shower, the water starts coming back to the room. The owners knew about that problem so we were provided with towels which we should have changed when needed - this made the room smell very bad. The owners or their neighbours foster pigs right in front of the homestay, so when you open the doors of your room, you don’t get fresh air, but pig smell. Not nice. Overall experience can be nice, if you are on a budget and need a place to stay for 1 or two nights. But not for longer. But again, the owners are very nice and understating, always with a smile on their face.

Positive: - The owner was really nice and helpful! She responded to all our request. - The breakfast was included. Negative: - The bathroom was smelling really bad and the smell was in the whole room once you opened the bathroom door. - The room was small with not much space for our stuff. - The electrical outlet were 4 feets above ground making it impossible to use. - There were rooster and a farm just in front of the house so there was a bad farming smell outside and roosters singing at 5 in the morning. - The breakfast was okay but was always the same, a banana pancake with coffee or tea.

Stayed in the Mountain View room, so far our favorite stay in Amed. Clean and spacious room, hot shower and breakfast. Friendly service, definitely come back.

The location of the place is perfect. The lady at the reception was amazing with us, she made things easier for us, from the renting of the bike to the shuttle bus to leave Amed. Breakfast was great as well. We are very grateful for this place.

Nice and affordable place to stay. There is a small sign along the main road that leads you to Tira Amed Homestay. Staff here are really friendly as well. Would recommend others to stay here as well. It is near the main but isn't noisy that it disturbs your sleep. Has WiFi and air-conditioning. Breakfast as well

Place is run by very friendly people that were always there to help. The location is good near the beach and next to the main street. The breakfast was nice. Located next to pigs which were a bit whiffy and noisy cockerels but all part of the experience.

This place is good enough for the price, I enjoyed some sleep after deciding to pay for a private room. It included breakfast, although breakfast wasn't that good. No soap in my bathroom, and the staff aren't too friendly boardering on rude. Tonight I will move to Pacha hostel across the street for less than half the price, also including breakfast and they have live music tonight. Guaranteed the atmosphere will be better there but sleeping may be a little less restful. Life is all about decisions, happy travels!

This place was surprisingly great! For the price we have paid for 2 people with breakfast, it was amazing. We had a nice, specious, clean room, a mini balcony with a partial mountain view. And a simple but good breakfast for 2 people. The location is right next to a beautiful beach with a stunning view. (Perfect Sunset and Sunrise spots) Travelers Recommendation: Make sure to bring your own shampoo and shower gel! And maybe earplugs, if you don’t want to be awake from 2-3am because of chickens and roosters. It was the loudest accommodation we stayed in Bali, but very pleasant. It is also a little smelly outside!

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Review of the warung, not the accomodation. We ate at Warung Eneak twice while staying in Amed. We had excellent tuna steaks, nasi campur and - my absolute recommendation - the rendang sandwich. Staff is attentive and friendly, prices okay in regard that they have their own organic garden and try to...

πŸ‘πŸ‘ We came here with family and each got a villa. It was an incredible and memorable experience for us all. And we wish we didn't have to leave. 🫀 1 star for the sea view… 1 star for the friendly staff.. That’s it unfortunately. The quality of the hotel room was below average. Building or at least our room seemed not to be well maintained.
