πŸ‘πŸ‘ I don't know where to start really... This place is heaven! The bedroom, kitchen and bathroom were so big and clean! The swimming pool was amazing, the view from the bedroom, the breakfast (a lot of choices) and I loved having my (big) own balcony. I also really enjoyed my stay thanks to the family... Amazing place to stay in Amed. The room was big, super clean and very well maintened. Everything worked perfectly (fan, AC, WiFi, etc..). The place include also a kitchen where you can cook, and also a big fridge. The garden is beautiful and well maintened too, very quiet and peaceful. And the pool clean blue, you just want to dip in it as soon as you arrive. The location is quite "strategic" for Amed, you have very close to the villa some small warungs for local food, or some other restaurants for western food. The beach is walking distance. Finally, special thanks to the owner who greeted me when I arrived, super nicely and friendly, with a welcome drink and he took time to show or explain me everything about the place. My only regret was to stay there only for one night, I would not hesitate to go book there as soon I go back to Amed :)

This villa is a hidden gem! We stayed there just for a few nights while visiting Amed Beach, but some people stay there for months and I understand why. It has spacious rooms, full kitchen, comfy beds, convenient parking and breakfast included. Internet connection is good as well, I was getting 30/30 Mbps which was a really nice option to upload all photos taken throughout the day to iCloud at night. The owners are super friendly and are easy to get in touch with! They finished building those villas right after Covid time and it still smells like new in there. I highly recommend this place!

Just spent 6 months living with the loveliest family you could ask for. Sukun Babonsay is not only a wonderful stay within a lovely group of 6 self contained villas, it is becoming part of a large local family. The villas are self contained with kitchen, ample bedroom with air conditioning and tv and very nice bathroom. It also has a good size balcony overlooking the hill behind Lipah and the beautiful garden and pool. Value for money is excellent. Its sad to have to say goodbye.

The most gorgeous place. The owners are absolutely lovely and the property is so well maintained and everything is brand new. I can't really express how great the villa was. Full kitchen, very private and quiet. I stayed 4 nights and can't praise it highly enough.

The property exudes spaciousness in every sense. Besides being quite large, the villas are spaced apart so there's minimal noise and maximum privacy. The veranda was a great place to sprawl out, unwind, and drink in the gorgeous views. Floating in the pool and looking up at the stars was a major highlight. Highly recommended!

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Review of the warung, not the accomodation. We ate at Warung Eneak twice while staying in Amed. We had excellent tuna steaks, nasi campur and - my absolute recommendation - the rendang sandwich. Staff is attentive and friendly, prices okay in regard that they have their own organic garden and try to...

πŸ‘πŸ‘ We came here with family and each got a villa. It was an incredible and memorable experience for us all. And we wish we didn't have to leave. 🫀 1 star for the sea view… 1 star for the friendly staff.. That’s it unfortunately. The quality of the hotel room was below average. Building or at least our room seemed not to be well maintained. Almost unbearable was the smell which came from the bathroom, thus made our stay worse and was a constan...
