Very nice hostel, clean and modern, nice rooftop. Unfortunately they don't care too much about their customers, especially when nobody's there (most of the time). By walking-in, I was told it's fully booked, while on both booking platforms beds were available. Nevertheless, if you book a 4-bed dorm, it's a lottery to get it, very likely you'll end up in a 6-bed dorm. In general, it would be a perfect hostel, if service were better and some drinks were available, especially because of the amazing rooftop.

Staff were not super helpfull. No power and AC multiple times a day due to construction in the street. Free water but is full of algae. I think it is a small thing to clean the free water bucket every few weeks, now nobody drank the water. Breakfast is a small bananapancake. Location is good. Not much else to do except diving. Street is one big construction zone.

Very chill, clean hostel. Good vibes! No AC. The people who run the hostel are so so kind and fun, gave great deals on snorkel rentals/tours. Loved staying here!! Includes breakfast and gorgeous view of Mt. Agung

Never stay here! The host and staff are terrible. They started yelling at me that I need to pay more and to leave if I didn’t pay. Even though I cancelled in advance they insisted that I pay more even though they told me to pay a different amount. They are terrible, truly. When I tried to explain why I didn’t need to pay more, they demanded I leave and the owner put his hands on me and started to push me out. That was unacceptable. It’s not ok to touch me let alone get physical with me. I started to cry and they continued to yell at me and get physical. Everyone in the hostel heard and felt terrible. I talked to them with respect and they were so rude and disrespectful to me. Truly do not stay here. Worst experience in years of travel! Unacceptable.

Really nice and social hostel! Free tea, coffee and breakfast. Comfy beds. But unfortunately no lights for each beds, so sometimes it's kinda dark. Nice view to the sea and Mt. Agun. Would come back.

Very good backpack hostel. Near to the beach and with a good view. The dorm is air-conditionned and very clean. The shower and toilet are clean. You have coffee, tee and the manager makes a breakfast, all for free.
