My child was admitted for 4 days at Payangan Hospital and when we came home we were given an attachment to make a referral letter for control to the North Community Health Center, and after going there the staff at the front said that for the first control there was no need to make a referral, he said just come there... Next, I went there to the control area and after being there I was asked for a reference letter, there I said that the staff at the health center said that the first control did not require a referral letter. ... And even though it was useless, the hospital still asked for a referral letter, it was a very disappointing experience for my family...... The hope of the staff there is that they need to evaluate their manners and also learn to follow directions from Payangan Hospital... So that We, the community, should not be burdened by a lack of understanding of the recommended processes/procedures..... If this is not handled quickly, I'm sure this health center will be empty of patients.... Please take action, thank you for disappointing us.😔
