especially
the
building
and

garden
are
very
good
and
charming,

just
that
the
worker
who
is
on
duty
at
the
front
specifically
guarding
the
queue
number
or
serving

queue

girl
who
is

disappointing
apart

being
unfriendly
and

professional.

center
service
at
the
front,
the
horrible

who

decisions

child
was
admitted
for
4
days
at
Payangan
Hospital
and
when
we
came
home
we

given
an
attachment
to
make

referral
letter
for
control
to

North
Community
Health
Center,
and
after
going
there
the
staff
at
the
front
said
that
for
the
first
control
there
was
no
need
to
make
a
referral,
he
said
just
come
there...
Next,
I
went
there
to
the
control
area
and
after
being
there
I
was
asked
for
a
reference
letter,
there
I
said
that
the
staff
at
the
health
center
said
that
the
first
control
did
not
require
a
referral
letter.
...
And
even
though
it
was
useless,
the
hospital
still
asked
for
a
referral
letter,
it
was
a
very
disappointing
experience
for

family......
The
hope
of
the
staff
there
is
that
they
need
to
evaluate
their
manners
and

learn
to
follow
directions
from
Payangan
Hospital...
So
that
We,

community,
should
not

burdened
by

lack
of
understanding
of
the
recommended
processes/procedures.....
If
this

not
handled
quickly,

health
center
will

patients....
