Tricked into paying for sun loungers. At first she said to buy a drink and lie for free, all of us bought drinks, after half an hour she asked to buy food to lie for free, we said that we aren’t hungry, after she began to insult us and demand a lot of money for sun loungers. If you do not want to ruin your vacation with bad thoughts, then go around this place. This place has bad karma, people there don’t respect others, think only about tricking tourists.

I don’t get why this warung has 3 stars rate. I just went there today and it was such a nice place. At first, I contacted a guy who renting the snorkeling equipments. It was cheap only 50k with the fin as well, and the equipments are in good condition. Then he said took me to this place, warung ombak, and tell me to buy drink or food here. I don’t mind at all but was kinda afraid if it’s pricey. Turns out they have the proper menu with price list on it which is great. Before I decide to lay down on the sunbed, I asked the price and the lady said it’s free if I ordered food. So of course i’m fine with it. She already said it at the first moment, not trying to scam or anything. I ordered mango juice (it was so damn good), coconut and mahi mahi grilled. The mahi mahi was so delicious! The best thing about this place is the Underwater Pura of Jemeluk is just right at the front of the warung. I came back and forth to swim and drink and it was just soooo wonderful. The staffs are nice as well they took care of my belongings while I was swimming. This place def deserves better rates!

Don’t go here. They will tell you that is okay to sit on the chairs to drink something but then try to charge you for the chairs. You have constantly people (friends with the staff) that are always asking you if you want to buy things, it’s annoying. We rented the equipment to go snorkel for the day, and two staff told us we could give it back in the end of the day, then a lady came shouting and saying that if we were going elsewhere to have lunch we had to return the equipment. We end it up by spending money for the snorkeling gear and use it for one hour… unbelievable!

We were sitting there for half an hour and no one asked us for an order although there was 3 people at the restaurant and the staff was cleaning the tables beside us.

This shop is not honest. Two of all four items on the bill were marked 5k higher than the menu. The worker first said the prices on the bill were correct until I told her I had checked the menu. Then she took the bill away and only gave it back until I asked for it.

(Translated by Google) Good address at Madé and Komang Amed Jemeluk, the Warung Ombak Homestay on Booking. Run by an adorable Indonesian family by the beach with sun loungers available, small traditional restaurant. Pretty rooms overlooking the sea, the most varied Jemeluk cove for its aquatic fauna, multitudes of colorful fish 20 meters from the beach. Madé also offers a sea trip before dawn on its little prao (sail and motor fishing boat). This is the opportunity to see the sun rise over the sea and over the Agung volcano, it is beautiful. Madé leaves behind a line of a hundred meters with many hooks, if the fishing is good it is also an opportunity to see dolphins spinning around the boat, a sure sight.

Place cheap. With your drinks/food in front of the beach. The staff insisted for our food order even if we were not hungry yet. He took the pasta, and it was really not good… carbonara with vegetables, garlic… I took the Nisa Goreng, not much of taste.

Great location right on the water and Jemeluk bays snorkel points are a stone's throw away. Food is disappointing, while seemed fresh, lacks flavour. Stick to Coconut or Juices. Staff are helpful but very pushy to order or buy. Not ideal when trying to have a quiet day by the water.

My fav place in Amed, stayed in their guest house couple of times. Love ibu putu and their lovely staff. They have perfect snorkling spot right in front of their warung. Love the food as well, affordable and tasty. If you are visiting amed, dont forget to pass by to Warung ombak ibu putu❤️

Their umbrellas and sun beds for guests for free. Hire flippers and masks. No rental motorbikes. (Original) Красивый вид с балкона. A nice little place to spend lazy days soaking up the sun and snorkeling. They have snorkeling equipment available for renting and you can also rent the sun lounges.....alternatively if you buy something to eat then there is no charge for the sun lounge use. The food is reasonably priced and usually pretty good, but if you want spicy then you need to ask for it. As well as the warung there is a homestay which is a very good price.

You definitely pay for the location. I did not like the food. It the curry and the capcay were both tasteless. I think there are better options on that beach. Just walk around and check the menus.

In addition, the food is very good, we loved the tartar Mahi Mahi and tuna, the rest was very good also :) Excellent place to ask a day! Lounge chairs. Ideal place for snorkeling. Also a fresh fish restaurant on the beach: mahi-mahi, barracuda, fish cakes, pepes... Clean and large rooms with A/C and fan, balcony with outdoor seating. Three rooms over the restaurant are right on the beach, the other ones in the quiet garden behind. Tasty omelet or pancakes for breakfast. You can access Warung Ombak from the main road behind. Bike and car parking.

The best value and the most delicious fish barbecue on bingin beach. The fish is cooked lovingly to perfection and you order per gram at 30,000 IDR. The vegetables are uniquely sautéed with generous servings. If you don’t want to sit on the beach you can eat in a smoke free environment with humorous artwork.

Don’t make the same mistake as my family did. We stopped just to have a coconut, ended up by renting snorkel gear and in the end the restaurant manager was really hostile and aggressive. She tried to charge us for the chairs - which when we arrifes they told we could sit and drink the coconut there. And then almost made us feel like we were stealing the snorkel gear just because we were moving our stuff to the beach - made us give it back even though we payed for it for the day… Plus while you’re there you can hear staff people and their friends spitting into the floor. Horrible experience!
