😠 Okay very bad experience! THE FIRST thing we saw when we entered our room was 3 huge cockroaches the size of 10cm! The owner killed them for us but it didn’t stop. Me & my brother killed at least 15 of them, real disgusting. The owner not trust worthy we booked a snorkeling tour and he ripped us off... We have ordered a 3 bed room What’re got was a dibble bed room with one extra Mattress, bc the 3 bed room was double booked. The offer about canceling for free was made directly. In the end we wanted to cancel and go to an other hotel, but they didnt have Cash to give us back the deposit we made. 5pm now and we still need some where to sleep where the cheapest option is more than double the original price. Well done boys.

No idea how people rated here so positive? This is a real one, and I just want you not to feel as disappointed how I was. This stay hast lost Charme long time ago. Saving where they can. Stayed here 2 nights and there was no cleaning, no emptying of the bin. The toilet smells, not only did I see a cockroach in my room it seems like the staff don't care about unless you ask them repeatedly, playing on their phone, owner ignores you, so many mosquitos. There are no fruits or juice for breakfast as shown on pictures. The front villas are all under slow construction, or started bit never ended. For the price I stayed beautifully in other places plus felt welcome. You are just a source of money for the owner. I am shocked how much cheating is ok for hosts these days....

Had a great 2 night stay here. We came with 3 children, and booked 2 rooms. Amazing value, for the price it was fantastic. Great views of the ocean and the hills. Beautiful at night. Basic rooms. Had a problem with air con in one room but they changed it straight away for us. Perfect. Great breakfast, pancakes or eggs. Juices as well. Very welcoming and friendly. Feel like they would do anything they can to make your stay a good one. Thank you.

Booked it for 420k per night with sea view. On the bright side: the staff is very keen to please you at your stay and friendly, the pools seem to be clean, small breakfast is included and you can wash your clothes for 25k per kilo (good service, just check the bag of clothes you're receiving if it's the right one). On the other hand: the rooms have old, sometimes broken equipment (like handles and stuff) and are big but not very comfortable (plastic wardrobe). The bed sheets were not clean and worn out and the mattress was old and uncomfortable. Some rooms have no bathroom window, others have open windows (without moskito net). Maybe it's just time to renovate and invest some money in the hotel? It could be a nice quiet stay with good snorkeling spots around. All in all too expensive for what we received.

Cheap accommodation which loses its charm. Already many things should be renovated. A specially bathrooms are dated. In my opinion the things which are holding it-cheap price, friendly staff and beautiful views. The views are really charming. So that what you get for a small money.

It was an amazing stay! Initially we booked for only 1 night in the other villa but the owner apologized for the inconvenience that they had some problems with the villa2. So, we were moved to villa1. However, it turned out to be even better than we expected! We were so impressed with the room, view, and staff. In the end, we stayed here for 2 nights.

Positives: Nice and kind host, clean room, good location, private feel, and private kitchen. Negatives: Loud bike sound, uncomfortable bed, very basic furnishing, no toiletries, the fan makes loud sounds should be fixed ( I don't use AC ), the compound is unorganized and was filled with a stack of boxes around the rooms and hallways feels like storage area. In addition, This establishment has 2 locations, one on the seafront and one inland in the mountain not far from each other. I originally contacted the host to book for the inland, mountain location but when I arrived I was told there is no availability and was moved to the sea front which I didn't know was a thing. I was looking forward to the mountain area, and to walk around there. I also read the reviews of the locations in the mountain not the seafront so that was not a pleasant experience. Overall I think the price is fine but not worth the value, more effort needs to be put in communication and clarity, and in the presentations of the rooms and compound. The wardrobe was made from plastic. The compound itself is a nice design with pretty sweet trees around, please take advantage of your blessing and elevate your quality and attention to details, people come from around the world to be here, you can give a better experience.

I stayed with my friends here for about one week. The rooms were cleaned, but many things should be updated and renovated. Some of the rooms has stunning views, the pool was cleaned every morning. The beach is about 10 minutes walking distance, few other restaurants around to explore. I would definitely return.

Great and super easy place to stay overlooking lipah bay - the view is beautiful, rooms clean and you get a really good breakfast with juice and local coffee. Staff are super friendly and you can rent scooters from them. Would stay here again 😁

We visitied here for 2 nights, and heard the owner screaming at female guests, we were to scared to get involved. I think t was about them seeing a cockroach, and he didnt believe it, was making fun about it, it sounded really rude. The view is nice, but the atmosphere is really not healthy, also it is under construction, we were happy to leave, probably staff is nice, but not really doing anything.

Putu the owner was extremely helpful from start to finish. He went above and beyond in every way possible. I really can’t understand the negative reviews because he is an amazing person and his team are welcoming and will help with any problems or questions. Would definitely recommend

Really loved my stay here. The place is excellent value, 4 minutes walk to the beach, and the breakfast has the best banana pancakes in Bali! Lovely staff who can help with motorbike rentals and taxi bookings, plus some rooms with sea views. I would definitely recommend :)

I have been in Anugerah Villas for 3 months and I just can say positive things: Wifi is perfect, I could work everyday without problem (I'm a digital nomad working with databases) The stuff is lovely and helpful, they made me feel at home and breakfast is amazing. Putu, the owner, helped me with everything: scooter, pharmacy, doctor, laundry, trips... All that you can imagine The location is amazing. Close to all that I need: beach, warungs, yoga, freediving and scuba diving centers, ... The rooms are big, clean and with amazing views (from my bead I could see the sunrise from Rinjani volcano) and fridge. The bathroom is big as well There is a lovely terrace and two beautiful pools I just can say thank you for these amazing three months. For sure when I come back to Amed I'm gonna choose this villa again

Don't stay here, will be disappointed a lot. The place is in its last breaths of life and they are trying everything to make some last guests come. Smelly, dirty rooms. Pictures are exaggerated, wifi too slow, pool is full of chlorine, no real cleaning. A big cockroach crawled over our baby in the bed, we went looking for the staff but noone to find, owner came knocking on the door, screaming at her, saying they are lying. Very problematic, even dangerous to stay there. Disrespectful, unfriendly.

What a great place to just relax! We almost felt like the infinity pool was for our private use, and the guys loved the bintangs served poolside. Breakfasts were great, and the chants from the hillside were most intriguing. Putu was an attentive and gracious host, who among many other things, helped us to arrange a day's snorkeling and boat trip to the underwater temple nearby.

This is a very homey, cozy, friendly place to stay. The rate is economical, with friendly and helpful staff. Pak Putu the manager will do everything in his power to make your stay comfortable. The staff is always ready to drive you to nearby restaurants and dive centers in their open bed pick up. I would give 5 stars if they change their mattresses from foam to something more comfortable.

Nice place. Rooms are fine. Swimming pools are good. Location is 5 min walk from the beach. Staff are friendly. We were here with 3 kids and they loved it.

Went in 2016 - very friendly host who was willing to pick us from the airport to Amed at 10pm at night (it's a 3 hour drive through the hills). Spacious rooms with views and a pool. Will definitely stay here again.

What a steal to stay in this villa-- I booked it from Traveloka's Epic Sale. It's an affordable one as you would get complete pack of room with towels, toilettries, nice AC, and clean bathroom. My most favorite is of course the pool (i think they have 2 pools). What I didnt really like is the staff who are not so proactive (in my package mentioned that it is included breakfast but they dont give any info. I didnt ask either cz I chose to eat at nearby restaurant)

We stayed here last year, and this place is very fanominal, over looking to the ocean. And its quiet. The breakfast was served with friendly and high hospitality. The kids were enjoying there time there. Also, the price value is very reasonable and the staffs are very friendly and they have a quick response on anything u need. Definitely I recommend this place for staying in Amed, Bali.

The other guest seems happy but if you get room 16 just run away. the breakfast was good tho.

the room is not clean, the outdoor area also the pool are dirty i need to cancel my plan to enjoy the stary night at the pool because its too dirty, breakfast was a total mess, it’s like a villa with lack of maintenance. the wifi is not working in my room, which the price is higher than the rest of the room type, but with that price what should I expect? I’m writing this review so the management of the villa could improve. but amed was nice!
