Really nice accommodation. I definitely recommend the superior room instead the standard room. You pay just a little amount more and get an amazing huge balcony with an gorgeous sea view. Also the superior room is really nice. Good location if you have an scooter, but you can also rent one there. They make also delicious Pancakes. Recommend this place

Food here is excellent. All made fresh when you order. Ikan Santan and Kari ayam were our favourite. Didn't stay here (gave 5star on room as needed to put a star rating) been going here for years and never had a bad meal.

Great place to stay. We stayed in the superior. Room for 17$ a night. I thought the room should cost 60+$. The view is beautiful. You also have access to 2 sunbathing chairs and a parasol to relax from your room with a great view of the sea. The wifi here is wonderful. The bed is comfortable enough. Good mosquitoe net. The a/c could maybe be upgraded as it was cool in the room, but not cold enough for us. The bathroom is huge and nice. Many electrical outlets in the room. The food served here is out of this world delicious. Best food in Bali. My partner is a cook and she believes that the local food here is worthy of a fancy restaurant. We only had Balinese food or Indonesian food. We did not eat any of the Western food. A meal is about 50k. Well worth it. Also we got free breakfast. The breakfast is not big, but it tastes good. You shouldn't complain about free stuff. Yes, the food will take a long time to cook as it's only one lady. But what do you expect when everything is made from scratch? Well worth the wait.

I stayed here for four nights and was sad to leave. The family that runs the homestay are lovely and are always willing to help. The rooms are spacious, clean and have AC as well as a balcony to enjoy the sea views. It is around a 15 minute walk to Jemuluk Beach. A special mention too to the restaurant which cooked an incredible Ikan Santan, possibly the best meal I had in Bali

I don't understand why this place is not famous! The tastiest food we had in Bali. The place is very simple, but when the food arrives the magic happens. It takes a little time because everything is fresh but definitely worth the wait. You have to try before leaving amed.

EXCELLENT view, EXCELLENT food ! We booked for 2 nights but finally found there our homebase and stayed for 2 weeks. For good price you get AC+fan room, hot shower in a big bathroom, a terrace, private sun deck with stunning sea view and breakfast included. Totally charmed, I recommend !

We came here for dinner and it was absolutely incredible! One of the best meals I’ve had in my 2 months in Indonesia - got the Ikan Tempeh and the flavours were so unique and brilliant! The chef was so lovely and welcoming too and she is probably the best chef we’ve had so far travelling through Sumatra, Java and Bali! Really incredible and different flavours! So unique and tasty!

The best things I can say is that this place is affordable, the AC works, there is hot water in the shower, and the owner generously offered to drive my girlfriend to a pharmacy when she was sick. However, most of our experience here was not so positive; there was blood on bathroom towels and mosquito net, the walls/ceiling are very thin (we had loud inconsiderate neighbour's who stayed up late playing loud music- not the fault of the owners, but some sound proofing would be very welcome).. could also hear rats squeaking on the roof, and there are holes big enough that they could come through. Upon arrival, we dropped off our laundry to be cleaned, were charged 100k, and when it was finished it smelled and was not dry. We also rented a scooter that was very old and beat up (in hindsight we should have just rented from one of the many other options nearby). Sure enough, while driving, the rear tire separated from the rim, and I had to walk the scooter. The owners told us they fixed it, and gave it back to us later in the day, but then the same thing happened again... don't rent a scooter here if you do stay.

I don’t leave reviews unless it’s something special. Wow this place is Amazing…From the gorgeous sea view room to the really really REALLY good food. Not to mention the lovely owners. They really hit every mark and deserve way more attention and popularity.

The view is amazing (!!!), the room is spacious, the cold water works great (at such a peak), and the Hot water is barely enough for two people. The owner is strong, as he deftly carried two large suitcases into the very top room... I did not expect that the climb to the room could be so steep with many steps (those who like to go to the mountains will like it) (!)... I imagined it more than once, but if I climbed in heels :). And once again you’ll think about whether to go down. Since there is a shared refrigerator, but on the ground floor) Fresh juices are possible for breakfast.(!) Pleasant bed. This restaurant should be famous. They have CRAZY good food, big portions and for cheap!!! I tried others warungs and this is the best BY FAR!! They can take a little longer but it’s because they do it right there, fresh and so flavorful!! I can’t stop coming back here during my stay in Amed. Highly recommended.

Accommodation was good but the let down was hiring a scooter through them. We used it for under 24 hours and they charged us for 2 days.

Value for money. I stayed at the room with ocean view for 1 night and it was amazing. I really love the view from this room. The room is clean and comfy. The location is nearby snorkeling spots, and the staff also serve the snorkeling tools if you need it.

Blinded by the good reviews of recent customers we (4 pax) went here to have lunch. We found plastic in the fruit juices. It took them more than one hour to serve 4 portions of fried rice, although only two other persons were to be served. Finally, the food was just okay. The crab crisps were old and not crispy. The fried tofu smelled and tasted weird. All in all, it’s not recommended. „Certificate of excellence“ by trip advisor, which is from the year 2012, is a joke.

Food is amazing, price is not too bad but toilets need improvement. Definitely worth the visit.
