I had very high fever and pain in the muscles and bones. The clinic and the doctor were extremely professional. They have good equipment and tested my blood in an express test. The medication helped me very fast and the total team explained me in details which medication is for what and how long and often I should take it. I was very impressed about the fast and good hospitality.

If you become unwell when you are away from home you can feel anxious & quite vulnerable. I suffered pain & was unwell my 1st morning in Candi dasa.The Dr came straight away & prescribed medication that was very helpful to my condition. I felt very comfortable & not worried any more. The Dr & his Nurse were excellent!! The fee was affordable. Highly recommend this Clinic, extremely professional & caring.

We were victims of a hit and run on our motorbike by a kid on another bike on the empty main street in Candidasa. Dr Suati and her team attended to our wounds with the utmost professionalism. She arranged the pickup and storage of our bike and had us transported to BIMC by ambulance in 90 minutes in peak hour traffic for surgery.

If you are in need of any medical attention, please go to see Dr. Suati, and her staff! They are the definition of care givers, and what doctors are supposed to be! I had my earlobe torn from a darling child pulling my earring out of my ear. I was told to go to Bali Med, (DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU ARE ON THE BRINK OF DEATH! THEY DO NOTHING, AND CHARGE YOU 2-3 TIMES AS MUCH AS MOST CLINICS!), where they put in only one stitch, but did not reattach my earlobe. It was absolutely ridiculous their lack of care. Went back a second time, and received no care. I argued with them on the outrageous bill, and their poor care, but they could have cared less, they already had my money. A local friend said I needed to see Dr. Suati. She is an absolute angel! She is so kind, so comforting, and such a fantastic doctor! She stitched me up with three stitches, and had me come back a couple of times to check to be sure it was healing properly. Some of the best bedside manners I have ever received! The cost there is absolutely reasonable, she does not try to gouge you for every single penny like Bali Med. I cannot express my gratitude for her care! Not only her, but her entire staff are so kind, and helpful. They were so concerned that I did not have any kind of infection, and asked me to return to continue to check the healing. She successfully reattached my earlobe, which is healing perfectly! I feel so blessed, and thankful to have found her! Thank you so much, Dr. Suati! Terima kasih banyak!

Extremely professional and insightful help from Dokter Suati and her team. When I had a small accident in Candidasa, I called upon them, whence they were immediately available. Very highly recommended ! I would not hesitate to call upon their help again.

I was here for a quick checkup of my drumhead which was cut 4 weeks ago. The doctor shall take a look if the cut already healed, so I can go swimming. At my first visit the doctor diagnosed that there is still a little hole and forbid me to swim. I paid 100k IDR for a 5 minutes checkup and consultation which is quite high but OK. I am used that foreigner has to pay more than domestic people. The doctor asked me to come back after few days which I did. At my second visit there was another doctor who had made the same analysis with the same result. I told her that I was here one week ago and what the doctor has recommended. To my surprise, I had to pay 100k IDR again although it was a recheck up which the first doctor recommended. I expected to pay 50k IDR max but again another 100k IDR feels like they are looking at us as a walking wallet! The nurse asked if I had an insurance because see recognized that I was a little upset. I paid the money and left. I would not recommend this clinic to any tourist. Go to the next hospital which is just few km away and you will be treated as a patient and not as a walking wallet.

I attended Dr Suati’s clinic in Candi Dasa as a deep dog bite, acquired in Australia, was healing slowly and was showing sign of persistent low level infection. Dr Suati cleaned the wound thoroughly before stitching it closed and prescribing a course of antibiotics. The wound then healed very quickly with no skin break at all and minimal scarring. The treatment, advice, care and particularly the multiple follow up texts to see how the healing was progressing was first class and amounted to a service more thorough than many Australian general practitioners deliver. Highly recommended if you need to see a medical practitioner in the Candi Dasa area.

We are very happy for the help and advise given by doctor Suati. After diving in Komodo my wife had problems with one ear and also was deaf in that ear. Doctor Suati examined her and give immediately some drugs and eardrops…. After 4 days we could continue diving in Bali . Thanks a lot and I recommend this clinic and doctor . Franky from Belgium

Really good clinic! Besides everyone working there just being lovely, Dr. Suati is a great doctor. Went there because my partner got a very bad rush. She gave him antibiotics, anti-inflammatory, a creme and saline solution (all together with consultation 800 000 IDR) and he got better very quick. I totally recommend

What a great experience. I had a bad stomach the last few days. Dr Suati and team quickly helped with tests to give appropriate the medicine and I felt better in a very short wile. They provide very good service and gives attention to detail.
