I visited the hospital because of high fever and diarrhea. After the blood test, the doctors found that I got infected by typhus, but the team assured me that I would get well soon. After a 2-day stay and the right treatments, the typhus was cured. During my stay the food was very tasty and the whole team was extremely friendly. They also took care of the communication with my insurance company so I didn't have to worry about anything. I recommend anyone to visit this hospital!

I really can't say anything negative. My girlfriend and I had a scooter accident and ended up in the medical center. They looked after us for 1.5 hours each, treated all the wounds, gave us painkillers and antibiotics. Really great service :)

The go to clinic for tourists in south Lombok! Dr. Roni and Lalu are the best. They are super professional but also human. We had to stay for two nights and Lalu would always come to our room in the evening to chat and entertain us. Me and my girlfriend had the same infection and could stay in the same room which made it much easier for us. In general we felt very well taken care of and the staff organized everything for us (food, water, even special requests like toothbrushes).

Today I want to thank Dr Rhoni and Dr Lalu from Blue Island Medical Clinic. I was in Lombok in Nov 22 for business and got really sick 5 Days into my working trip. Dr Rhoni and Dr Lalu took exceptional good care of me. They provided me with excellent, professional and great service while I was stuck in my hotel room. I have never experienced such great care from any medical service in my life. Being alone and isolated on a island thousands km from home was really made so much better with these two amazing doctors who also helped me recover mentally - away from my family and my Country, South Africa. I will definitely return to the island and meet up with two doctors who I now call my friends. 🤍 Thank you again and may God bless you always 🤍

Nice doctor, but I felt like I wasn’t treated as a patient rather than a customer. I didn’t get properly examined. I only told her what was wrong. Which could be multiple things. She gave medication and told me to come back in 3 days if still not good. I knew I needed antibiotics as I get this sickness regularly. I got given wrong medicine and had to see another doctor at a different clinic. Then next doctor I saw even said it was wrong medicine. I do not recommend this place.

good care. very friendly and nice doctor. good english. very cöean and careful by taking my blood. but they gave us medicine and sent us home with fever whilest the other hospital afterwards said i should stay in and get the IV for the whole time because i am very weak. if u have something serious and the opportunity i would rather go to Siloam Mattaram hospital.

They took good care of my stomach problems immediately. I got blood test and received results and medicines within 15 minutes. The doctor was professional, patient and nice. What is more doctors English was also very good and the building and facilities were clean.

We went to the clinic after an accident on a scooter (needed some stitches and cleaning/bandaging a wound) and the staff were very helpful and spoke great English, which really helped in handling the situation. Would definitely recommend!
