Very nice Warung! Try the fish!

The top of the top on Bali. It's not fancy looking western overpriced bio-raw-vegan-organic... restaurant. It's restaurant for local people. The appearance doesn't correspond to what you get there. They cook delicious. Many locals eat there. Prices are ridiculously low. Menu is only in Indonesian but owner and waitress are willing to help (they speak some English). They probably accept cash only. If I have way around I'll definitely stop by again.

Besides the amazing food, you will be greeted by the most friendliest Balinese host if hes there, Mr. Kartika, he took special care of us and trust me the food doesn't disappoint. We had the spring rolls, Fish on lemongrass sticks and also Nasi goreng with Satay, Wow! Local and very very affordable.

The food is good but the portions are way too small, the staff does not speak English and didn't listen when we asked for a meal with little spice, we asked for water that we never got. When we payed we got peanuts (literally a bag of peanuts) instead of change. Really?

We had a cooking class at Warung Lesehan Baruna, the food was absolutely delicious. Kirtika spent all day with my wife and I. Teaching us traditional recipes and explaining all about the culture of food in Bali. I was blown away by the detail and professional standard of cooking. I've never done anything like that before. The restaurant was teeming with customers. All down to the personal and efficient service from the staff as well as delicious food. I would definitely reccomend this for authentic Balinese cuisine.

Excellent local food produced by a beautiful family. We ate there 3 times in one week and tried many things on the menu with favorite pork ribs and a basil cheese pizza (one of the only locals proud enough to sell good pizza). The owners also run a taxi service and can take you to all best places to go from there sitporty
