👍👍 This place is great. Old school Ronnie Coleman vibes with a prison yard time feel. Has everything you need for a good pump. You can’t help but feel hard as nails working out here. People often mention equipment, price, machines,

I know people will argue that’s not even close to 5⭐️, I know and you’re right. But I gave the 5⭐️ for a couple of reasons. First I was searching for a gym with a reasonable price, that one is just 20k for a day pass, what’s really good. Normally studios around here starting from 40k-80k. I was also looking not for a fancy gym, I do not need smth like that, I’m here just for a month and want to do basic workout max. 2-3 times a week, to stay healthy until I can get back in the water;) And I was looking for a gym, literally just around the corner, so I can walk there. It looks a bit old, but has a real charming classic iron gym look, as people would know from the old days of bodybuilding;) You will see when you come for a session ;) So if you want a cheap gym, where you can do all your basic exercise, sometimes it will be just you, then that’s the right place to go. For everyone else, who’s into fancy gyms and have more money to spend, then maybe not the right place for you;))

Nothing special except that it’s cheap. Locals pay 5k/day and tourists pay 15k/day and 90k/month. It’s bare bones with extremely old equipment, some of which is broken. The cables on some of the machines are on the verge of breaking, if not already broken. No fans or AC. If you want cheap, this is your spot. If you want a gym that is more comprehensive and modern, skip this.

This place rocks. Ronnie Coleman style gym. Those complaining about dirty weights, disorganization etc. aren't lying but they have the WRONG MINDSET

As others said, at Rp15000 for a visit this is good value. Radio playing over speakers seems to play a lot of 80s hits so good for retro feel. There are no fans or air con but there’s an open wall looking into a garden. Gym is downstairs from street and even when Google maps said it was the busiest time of day only 2 others were in here. No cardio equipment available. Just some lightweight free weights and the rest is machines. Advise to bring: - your own towel, there is no cleaning station - wear mosquito repellant - water - headphones and own music - gloves (rust on all machines) - shirts are optional it seems

Gym equipment is sufficient for whole body workout. With such low price of IDR20k, don’t expect new and clean equipment with aircond. Suitable for those hard core gym guys

Old dirty and unkept gym, with machines older than my grandma. The entrance is 20k as of mid-June 2019, which is still cheap of course. And it's quite central Ubud. Come here to pump it a bit, there is almost everything needed - just no proper squat rack and no big dumbbells. You will feel like Rambo in this gym.

If you really need to train and can’t go anywhere else then this gym would be ok , providing you don’t need the toilet or to wash your hands and have had your tetanus. I love training in old school Rocky type gyms. I don’t mind rust, but this is a different level. Hygiene aside, What actually disappointed me most was the limited dumbbell selection in terms of quantity and denomination.

If you’re looking for a fancy gym, avoid this place. However, I rated it with a 5-star score because it was perfect if we consider what you pay for and what you get. The machines are quite old and all the negative things you read about it may be true. But, anyway, it helped me to keep fit during my month in Ubud, and that was everything I needed. If that’s all what you need too, then this is the perfect place.

Not big, but absolutely fine for the price (20,000). There are dumbbells (but a limited selection of weight and not that heavy), barbells and various upper body equipment. If you can manage your strength training, this is the place for you, but if you're looking for something modern/chic you should look elsewhere

This place is terrible. It is filthy. The carpet smells and is full of tears and holes. All of the equipment is totally dishevelled. The barbells are covered in rust. The pulley cables look like they could snap at any moment. There are effectively no dumbells. And to make matters worse, the super aggressive “manager” will yell at you if you so much as grunt, or exert yourself in a manner that he arbitrarily decrees to be “too much.” Just stay as far away from this place as possible. I only came here because I didn’t know any better, and also because the gym I had a one week pass at was closed for repairs on one particular day.

15k for 1 day pass. Went to this gym due to being close to hostel I was staying at. Gym equipment is downstairs in a musty and dingy location. No A/C, tattered and torn equipment (wobbly/inadequate bench press, smith machine, cables thinned and tied together which seems unsafe & also unadjustable). Only a couple dumbells- baby weight (4kg) or one random 100 pounder. It's gross, yucky, and raw- and I like it. Don't expect anything fancy or even halfway decent, but you can get it done if you're creative.

Just as they say... RUN DOWN, I love it!! If your just looking to work out, it does the trick! If you’re looking for someone to hold your hand and wipe off your sweat, wrong place:) price is right... about $7usd for the month!!

I think some of the older reviews are outdated, because the gym has run down to the point of not being fit for purpose, in that nearly all of the cable machines don't work properly, there are 3 sets of dumbells (which go up to a max of 15kg so forget about dumbell bench press, rows etc) and the place is just filthy to be honest. There's raw and then there's a junkyard and this place is the latter and due to the state of/lack of working equipment you're very limited as to the exercises you can do. They should actually pay you to work out here, 20k is expensive for what you get!

Guy at reception was honest, didn't hesitate to give my money back after I saw the place. Love an old style gym but this one is run down. Bar's are rusty & have no nerling to grip, half the dumbbell rack is missing & pad's are falling off the benches

Not bad for the cost. It's not for those that need fitness instructors or require supervision. Limited & rusty/worn out equipment, but you can still get your workout done. The actual place where you work out is a basement of sorts. It still has a good open air view of some greens (nothing spectacular, but still a nature spot), which still stays true to what Ubud offers.

If you want to train and love the gym, this is the right place for you. As described in other reviews, the equipment is old and rusty, but an effective workout is possible with the equipment available. Price-performance (20k for one day) is great. I haven't even looked at the sanitary area. I would recommend just training here and not using it.

The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is the price. 20k for a single session is a fantastic price, however you get what you pay for. The gym is falling to pieces. Very limited dumbbell selection, rusty weights and lack of hygiene facilities. It has a lovely balcony view but it's not worth it. Only come here if you are on a very tight budget

Tough, raw, machines older than me, poster on the wall, open terrace - amazing! It’s incredible, but there were even some hot Australian chicks there in the morning doing some CrossFit :) Perfect for single visit (20k) or month (90k) Easy to find Only downside - the benches are too narrow

Small but all basic equipment. Very cheap price (15.000 rupiah) for one session. No climates.

Logically they charge you 2000r because the machines are literally either broken or half broken (pulleys, benches, weights...). I think that if they take care of it a little (just clean the floor or fix a Pulley) it would be fine to train for a few days. Don't try to tell them anything either, because all they are interested in is making offerings...

Great price, just 25,000RP for a day pass and 125,000RP for a monthly pass. The equipment is quite old and scarce, as well as a little unsafe, especially the row machines. The gym has a cool character with mirrors on nearly every wall, not to mention some great regulars.

Everything fall apart and it’s dangerous! The owner doesn’t carre. Avoid this place

Good price (20k) but unfortunately the gym is not really even worth that price. Limited equipment that is all falling to pieces, and a very unfriendly vibe too match. Felt more like I was walking into a building site than a gym

Old, dirty, stinky gym. Not my style, sorry. Renew the equipment and make the repair.

Total lack of hygiene and safety standards, very old cars with no safety stops, horrible music on the speakers, no air conditioning or water. Simply perfect

👍👍 This gym is quite comparable to Equinox. Equipment is brand new. Only complaint is that they could have a better hip trust machine or set up. I love that it has a pool, cold plunge and sauna surrounded by nature. 20 mins in the sauna, 30-60 seconds in the cold plunge and then just sit outside to lo...

😐 Titi Batu offers various sports facilities. It is a really nice place to chill and work out, but I had several bad experiences. Visitors have to pay daily pass to enter, which costs 80k for local (probably covid price, 25k f&b credit included). However, it is only written as "55k" on the bill, diff...

🫤 I've been going to this gym off and on for about 2 years. I choose it because it's the closest to my house and it has most of the equipment you need. The pricing is also super reasonable. This gym could be SO MUCH better if the owners and management gave it more care! - Toilets are filthy. Flooded...
