Really like this gym place. Indonesian daily charge for 55k, happy hour (12 - 4pm) only for 40k. For foreigner, charge around 75k, happy hour around 50k. Proper equipment. Toilet, shower, towel available. Great service also. Overall its not a fancy gym place, but totally worth it. Car parking only at basement, you will see the sign. Will come back again

DONT GO TO THIS GYM!! First I have to point out the old equipment. It’s a bad price-performance. You can find much better gyms in Bali! Promised Second, the owner is an angry, undiscerning person without self-reflection. I heard him insulting people, who where arguing with him. You can’t talk to him on an even normal level of communication. Third, in other country’s a difference between locals and foreigners would result in a case about discrimination. He is pretending every foreigner is rich and much more earning than the average person of Bali. He pretends being a hero but as already said he only sees one direction. Just keep away from this place.

As visitors we have been fortunate enough to stay in the island of Bali for 5 months now, and we have been working out in this gym consecutively for the 3rd month now. We paid 375k per person/monthly, renewal upon expiration. Not sure what others had paid previously before the pandemic, but we are getting excellent value for this gym for the price we paid. Other more fancy gyms are easily asking for 2x to 3x this price. We also like that we can just renew and not be forced to pay an annual fee or any joining fees. The gym is in an excellent location between central sunset rd and legian. Parking is in the basement of a grocery store, and you have to take the stairs up to the top floor to get to the gym. We love this gym, it's old school, but has every equipment we need for weightlifting. It takes up the entire 3rd floor. Mainly 2 power/squat racks - super important for our workout. The only pullback is that it can get quite crowded during peak hours because the machines are placed very close to each other. The facilities have showers and number lockers, nothing fancy here, so don't expect much. Towels are provided with a 10k deposit, and drinking station for water refill. We also appreciate how the gym stocked plenty of alcohol and cleaning supplies in every corner to encourage you to clean the equipment before and after use which is very important for hygiene during this covid times, cleaning crew is constantly mopping and cleaning the gym as well. Overall, the atmosphere is great, and did I mentioned the gym has A/C, so yep when you are sweating it should come from your workout, not the Balinese weather. Overall we give 5 stars for the value and extensive equipment available.

The weights area is tight, and the equipments are mostly older, but the varieties are great. They have 'happy hour' daily pass offer. I think compared to most gyms in the area + Canggu, this is one of the most affordable ones. Not a huge fan of the crowd - on top of being 'that typical Bali spot with interesting characters' (if you know what I mean), they don't reinforce gym ethics and as a long time gym-goer this is really irritating. Almost no one put their weights back or unload the bar. Sure they have a couple of staffs who wait around to do this - but its such a waste of potentially great resources.

Great gym, friendly staff,well equipped - I have been coming here for years, and the standard has been consistently high. The gym is clean, the equipment well maintained, and they update the equipment regularly - a huge variety of gear :-)

My Fav gym ever. They have lots of tools both for heavy lifting or cardio. They have dance and Zumba classes which is awesome. The locker room is nice. They provide free towel and warm shower. It's in the 3rd building so you got to see beautiful sunset if you're training in the afternoon time. Nice ambiance. Highly recommended.

Friendly and easy to visit without becoming a member, though the price isn’t exactly a bargain. Those of us from out of town will find the low level of air con a bit of a challenge, but at least it’s easier to work up a sweat!

I give 5 stars for the price to quality ratio. It's definitely NOT the trendy gym with the granola crossfit vibes. It is a gym for real muscle and fitness. Several dumbbell sets, 2 squat racks, and all the other machines and equipment to get it done. It's got a retro vibe with classic equipment that reminds me that I'm not there to stare at the ambience, but to exercise. The place is cool enough with ac and fans. Its been 5 years since i was a regular at HammerHead now with Covid 19, I am back in Bali. Let me say, they are taking all the precautions neccesary to keep members safe, social distancing and plenty of hand sanitizer. Its a good gym for Bali and has every thing you need. Mainly an Indonesian clientel and some very cantik local talent. Forgot to mention friendly and helpful staff.

Perfect Gym with helpful staff. i've met some great people here as everyone is so friendly. It's also amazing what they have put in place following covid 19. Hand sanitiser is available to use throughout the guy and the staff also whip all equipment down after it's been used to stop any germs being spread.

First try you will be fallen in love with this place. this fitness center is so dope. All of the equipment are disinfected and work well. The staffs really friendly and helpful. Free locker, towel, and hot shower provided as well. And it is affordable.

Day pass costs about $8aud including a bottle of water. You can buy longer term passes. About 15min walk if staying in the Kuta; Legian and Seminyak

Been joining this gym for few months now. The location is easy to find. The weight lifting tools are pretty various. They also have additional zumba classes which is very fun to join. The locker is clean, they clean the gym in every hour to keep the safety due to the corona virus outbreak. They also prepare alcohol and tissues in every corner so everyone can clean before using any tools. Great place to workout. Pretty affordable for local as well. Highly Recommended.

I’ve become member of Hammerhead for years, i lost counts, doesnt matter cos this is the place to be. I’ve been seen many other gym around, and with all the comparisson, this place is the best. Good price, Good standard of Cleanliness, towel, lockers, water free, good shower, and the most important thing is they have all the thing you need to build your body. Its often to get busy here, but they have more than 1 option equipment for every excercise you need, so it means you dont need to wait for others to finish or change your excersice plans, who is really annoying. And hey most of the bali body builder boys are trainning here so they must have all the “tools” it need right? So this place is a “Most Reccommend” gym in town, come and check it out then you’ll understand lol.

Decent gym at a reasonable price point. Equipment is generally in pretty good condition, Olympic weights, a couple of squat racks and area for deadlifting. I visited a handful of times, at various times during the day and the gym was always pretty busy and I often had to wait to get in on a squat rack. Highlight for me at this gym was that the local lifters were all very friendly and helpful.

The facility is decent, equipments and cleanliness. Shower/ change room is reguraly cleaned. I was here today for a drop in ( cost 60 thousands ) for my mileage and S&C workouts. Good gym goers here ( locals and expats). I'll join a membership soon. Definately, I support this kind of entity! They have supplements for a purchase. Snacks available after your workout is handy offers such boiled eggs etc. Plenty parking space. See you soon!

We have been working out in this gym for 3 months and counting. In terms of the price we pay (375k/month), this gym has the best location being the most central in Bali, wide range of weights and lifting equipment.I think you can get a better price if you pay annually, there is no fee to sign up which is great! Facilities offered are basic, lockers/showers/towels/AC, nothing fancy. During this covid time, you will see cleaners constantly cleaning. They also provide disinfectant stations in multiple corners to allow you to wipe down the equipment before and after use. Overall, we love the community here, everyone is very respectful with the occasional grunters and folks that don't rerack :) Members here are mostly friendly locals and a few expats. We love this place, and would highly recommend if you are interested in serious lifting.

I quite liked this gym. It has that 70/80s feel about it. It reminds me of the old rustic Gold Gyms days. It has all the necessary equipment and machines. I can see why younger generations wouldn’t like this gym as it doesn’t have all the technology type equipment. The only disadvantage I could see is it’s a little small.

A real old school gym with a lot of workout stations, basically at least 2 stations for each muscle type so even when busy you can manage. Also a great community feel and helpful environment. No fuzz, hot showers, lockers, also they added new floor trainers helping out beginners, which is a good idea as not everyone knows how to train properly. Been there at least 4 times a week lately and really enjoy the atmosphere

IDR 320k for locals. Pretty straightforward gym with complete equipments, great selection of free weights and treadmills. The members are respectful since you won’t find people texting or use their phones excessively in the workout area. Definitely go here if you want to have killer workouts!

I went to this gym during my semester abroad and I loved it. I don´t care if they don´t have the fancy new equipment. You don´t need that if you want to work out. The staff is really nice and the price was ok for me. There might be gyms which have more modern equipment but are a lot more expensive. But you don´t need that to move some weights ;-)
