One of my, worldwide, most favourite gyms. The staff is great and helpful, even though the one or the other girl at the reception might be a bit moody sometimes. The equipment is clean and sufficient, the guys are cleaning and sorting all during the day. There is basically one downsides: it's small! During peak times it can be quite crowdy and sadly to many dudes are mixing a gym with a online dating chat place. Not the fault of the gym though.

I think I've given this place a 5-star before. It is the perfect place if you need to get a workout done and are ok with gym not being super fancy. I visited a few times over the past few years so what happened on my last visit was quite a shock. Short story - the lady working at the register tried to scam me. Her name is Ria and worked there on 10-Feb at around 6pm. I would not be writing this if I was not 100% sure of what happened. I handed her a few notes, which quickly dissappeared in one of the drawers. After this she pulls out other notes that I did not give her claiming I did not pay enough for the single entry price. I decided to not make a big fuss out of it so I pay and go workout. 30min into my workout, I realize one of the notes I handed her is a 100 Singapore Dollar note. So I go to her again and ask her to return it to me. She makes a scene and opens most of the drawers and starts putting all money in front of me saying she does not have it. I calmly insist that she gives me back my 100 Singapore Dollar note. This goes on for 1-2 minutes and the same moment another customer comes in, my 100 SGD note appears out of nowhere. It could have been my fault for having handed the wrong note but just a heads up to other visitors to be very careful at this place.

However I had a total nightmare with a resident PT Vic who was very unprofessional, coming late to arranged session and once never even showed up without notifying. Considering how expensive this gym is I expected better service. I have not received any compensation for this and feel very disappointed. Also I have bad experience from yoga classes - some instructors don’t do proper warm ups and jump into quite advanced and deep poses without assesing everyone’s fitness level in the class. After a few months of going to yoga classes I have developed a hip joint injury/strain that comes from doing lunges without proper warming up. Thanks Body Factory for this nightmare

My young bloke and I trained Muay Thai at Daily Gym for 6 days in July 2019. We are both fair to average at MT. The trainers had good skills and held pads well. The facilities are good. The classes can be pretty big which makes things a big squeezy. However, the trainers make sure everyone gets the same time with them. The price is very reasonable. There is a weights area on the 3rd floor and cross trainers and treadmills on the same level as the MT. There are showers at the gym if you want to shower before leaving. I recommend Daily Gym for Muay Thai if you are in Bali.
