Love this gym. Signing up for my third month in a row. The studio is super nice, well-lit by natural light and spacious. The trainers and staff are accommodating, helpful and very engaging during workouts. Possibly the best F45 studio I have been to so far.

Vera is such an amazing and encouraging coach, plus the ladies behind the desk are incredibly helpful, friendly, and will always put a smile on your face - even if it's at 7am. A lot of the staff goes back and forth between Seminyak and Canggu, so I can say comparable things about that location as well (looking at you and those tall socks, Pierre). Living abroad (often as a solo traveler) can be challenging, so it's very nice to have something stable and welcoming like this studio you can always depend upon. See you all soon.

I really enjoyed training at this F45! I usually train in Scarborough, but the studio in Seminyak is AWESOME! Spacious & bright room, good equipment, friendly staff and nice location! I will definitively be back to you guys when I’m in Bali again! Thanks for the classes x

Professional gym class

I have been training at F45 Seminyak for about a year an a half and I still never getting bored. Every day is a new workout, you never get to do the same thing twice, stations are challenging, music is excellent too. There is a good balance between cardio and strength days and every Saturday you get to celebrate the end of the week with an hour Hollywood workout which consists of a cardio and weights lifting combo, boosted by a live dj. It's glorious! Trainers and staff are awesome and love their members. I recommend this gym for anyone, beginners or gym rats, you'll get fun and results!

Having never done F45 training but very curious about it, I intrepidly enrolled at Seminyak F45. I really enjoyed it. The equipment is all new, the area is well laid out, the space was clean. All the crew there were really friendly and very helpful. Certainly went in nervous and was made very comfortable right away. Max was our coach and was really great. I'll be going back for sure.

Absolutely LOVE this place. All the equipment is brand new and they have a strict no towel no train rule which is amazing for hygiene standards. The staff are all super lovely and very encouraging. This is not a gym that you feel self conscious in at all. The classes are all team classes and you feel totally comfortable in. The owners are really lovely and actually care about the people who train here and their results. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Bali and living here. Can't recommend them more highly.
