Great little gym for Bali and ubud. You can't compare it to large western/American quality gyms but fantastic for getting a solid workout in while on vacation. The equipment is old but in good condition. Surprisingly, my wife and I felt the design of some of the old equipment was actually superior to the new commercial equipment at our gym in the USA. Unfortunately, the day passes are expensive at 90k but it's better than nothing.

A pretty nice place to work out. Away from all the noise and people of town but just a walk from the center. The gym has all you need for a good training. They will give you towel and a locker every day you go. Prices bit expensive for a day but good enough enough if you join for a week or more. Not crowded, nice atmosphere atmosphere and cheerful staff. Best gym in Ubud, and I have seen them all.

The gym 5 minutes walk from my accommodation. 1 time entry pass costs 90k and you get a small towel with your locker. The gym is decent, but there aren't many weights to choose from. The free weights section could use some more options. Otherwise, it's all good. There are showers in the gym, and they have a cute security cat at the entrance.

Decent gym to work out at during my holiday. Staff was friendly and there’s adorable cats running around 😍 Gym equipments are a little old and variety is okay. Gets the job done! One day pass is $90k tho— which is a little pricey.

Warning! Extremely expensive and unfair price calculations. The stuff is nice so far unless the topic is the price. The price for a month is enormously high, for this price I can go 3 month to a completly new gym in Europe with new machines and location. The day cost 90.000 rupiah, the month 630000 rupiah. This is crazy! The machines are very old and almost broken or some functions are off like heart beat counting for example or the machine is out off order. The staff likes to be on the phone or is also doing some training, but they are not there for you ;-) My advice, go outside and do some training there^^

Complete and clean equipments with a great view of the rice fields. They also give free water and lend you small and big towels. Overall it's a great place to work out, especially since it's relatively affordable compared to other gyms in Ubud.

DONT BOOK ON CLASS PASS. Completely unprofessional. When I arrived I had paid through class pass the day before. They Checked me in and gave me a towel to workout. I went to the bathroom and came out and the manager told me I can’t workout with class pass and tried to get me to pay to get in. I told him I paid through the class pass app and he started to tell me how they have been trying to cancel it. But I said, that doesn’t change that I already paid through the app. He then told me to try and contact the app and request a refund and pay to workout. But I didn’t want to go through all that just to use their gym. Don’t book on ClassPass!

Best fitness center in Ubud, unbeatable price for an air conditioned room. All your basic free weight equipment with pull up, dip, squat, and incline bench options. Cold water! Very nice bathrooms. I’d give it 5 stars if it had a bigger dumb bell selection, but they have what you need

Nice staff, Gym has everything you need. January 2019 - day drop in 90k (price is okey) but you can find cheaper ones at the beach. However recommend the gym! May need some love and some fresh paint ... but workout was good!

This is the worst gym in Bali. Avoid it like the plague. The trainer Wayan is inappropriately touchy to attractive women and doesn’t respect personal space boundaries. I told them I had a weak knee from the first session. They trained me so badly, intensely and beyond my boundaries that my knee dislocated and I was put on crutches and couldn’t walk. When my doctor literally wrote a letter saying that I can’t train anymore because of the risk to my knee, they lied about how many sessions I had in my package and refused to refund the money that they owed because of an injury their trainer caused. Also they will encourage you to eat as much sugar as possible before and after training with them so that you don’t reach your goals and keep coming back. They will tell you that you need sugar as energy so that you do more workouts but also so your body never changes. These are very dishonest people and really scammers who you should not trust in your energy or space.

Its located in a nice area & the staff is friendly. They also provide towels. But the gym is pretty small and gets crowded quickly. Not very well equipped and overpriced at 90k for a day pass, but looks like those inflated gym prices on bali are normal nowadays unfortunately. Just enough for a quick workout

  • 3/5 Florentine 5 months ago on Google • 22 reviews
Good for weightlifting-workout, with dumbbells and machines. Less nice for cardio: old machines without or with bad working screens to check your watts/meters/calories. Nevertheless a clean place with nice changing rooms, airco and free water. But too high priced in my opinion compared to gyms I went in Mexico.

(Translated by Google) I visited Ubud twice during my one week stay. I am working out on my second visit !! The utensils are a bit old, but they are kept clean. A cup is also available to drink water ^^ The price is 90k Rupiah per day pass. It's more expensive than the gym we went to in Kuta, It's worth a visit ㅋㅋ Ah !! Boxing and squash You can do it ~ Speak to the squash counter Junsu !! If you like exercise and have time to spare I think it's good to come ~ (I have all the locker lockers in the shower room) (Original)

This is the best gym in Ubud out of the affordable price range. If don’t want to overpay for single entrances at the expensive places, here with 90k per visit you can expect a air-conditioned (!), clean and really well-taken care of gym, with a separate cardio area, free towels, free water, shower gel/shampoo, hair dryer. Totally recommend!

The location is beautiful. The staff is always attentive and friendly. Well-cooled and clean. Busy in the morning, so if you are very specific about the equipment you need better to go outside of 8 to 11 am. To get bigger and better you'd have to pay a lot more or compromise on cleanliness and cooling. They don't ask for a deposit on the towel which is very convenient.

(Translated by Google) great studio. The devices are older, but work very well and are clean and well maintained. 90,000 p.p. for a training day is quite expensive for Balinese standards, but you also have everything you need, including changing rooms, showers, air-conditioned training rooms, a bar, the delicious and fresh smoothies with and without whey mixes (without sugar)! towel and drinking water also included. Only tourists have trained with us. you can probably train in the vicinity cheaper, but then just worse ..

We're travelling through Asia and like to fit in the gym along the way and this place is great for that! Well maintained, plenty of free weights, weight machines and cardio equipment. There is floor space to do your own thing too. They give you a towel and locker on arrival, and have a water dispenser that you can use for free too (with cold water which is a bonus). It's 90,000 for a 1 day pass which is fair.

Nice Gym, nice people. It gets a bit too hot in areas due to the sun exposure and lack of curtains. Cleaning sprays and towels should be cleaner and more accessible so that we can do what we should. Hopefully they will soon take better care if it overall.

(Translated by Google) Price performance is not really good considering how old and few devices there are, Priced a bit more expensive Have a little discounted a 3 weeks membership, think 500k So you should definitely negotiate something You should not have much expectations for the studio, but it is cleaned very often and there are a couple of old noname devices, a squat racket and other stuff there The street down (direction main street) is still another gym (ubud gym) I was not there but who would like to save money should look there, I have paid there less than 10 € for a month and who cleanliness is not so important and really just want to lift weights is better off there. Unfortunately this gym was not suggested to me but only this one.

Good gym for ubud.. clean and you get towels for shower and workout. The only bad thing is that the jogging room is always way too hot for a good run. There is AC in the room but its always set at 25, or if you are very lucky sometimes you can find it at 24.

An older style gym that gets pretty busy at certain times. Price is pretty steep considering the age of the equipment. No bumpers or suitable area for deadlifting, there's an older style squat rack without the adjustable height J Hooks which I found pretty awkward to use. If you are a general gym user and not in to powerlifting or Olympic lifts then this is probably a suitable gym for you.

For 90k you can get a decent workout and good protein shake in the cafe after. They’ll give you a towel and water/cups are available. The changing rooms are nice and clean so you can shower and be off out for the day after. Hopefully they’ll put the entrance fees to good use and update the machines here soon- I didn’t feel comfortable using them, I thought I was gonna snap myself up on them! However, the free weights section and racks make up for it. They could probably use another bench or two as well.
