Good place for visitors to stay..

NEVER ORDER SOUTH INDIAN THALI HERE!! Had the most pathetic South Indian thali ever. Coming from Karnataka, I am used to pristine quality south indian thalis from real Udupi hotels. This restaurant just got disgrace to the south indian meals in the name of Udupi. Bland food. Excessive salt and what not. And all this at a price of 115 rupees. Just miserable.

NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL. We booked this hotel for a day just because of its location. But ended up having THE WORST stay experience. The staff there is very arrogant and so is the owner. Full of EGO. INHUMAN behaviour. We just requested that a visitor would come to the room for a couple minutes. And for that these idiots didn’t allow, saying we should either pay extra charge for a third person or just talk in the reception itself. When I said we’re girls, and need to just use the restroom in our room even then they started arguing that THE THIRD PERSON USES UP EXTRA WATER AND ITS NOT OK FOR THEM. WHAT AN INHUMAN THING TO SAY. NO RESPECT FOR WOMEN AT LEAST. When we said no other hotel has such stupid policy, even the owner just started arguing arrogantly.

The worst experience i ever had in my life, This is the worst hotel in the world, staff is so rude and full of ego. The charged us of changing the bed sheet which is already in bad condition before checking in. We tell the manager that we put review about hi behaviour and he said that he don’t care this is my property, i do whatever i want. I recommend please stay on railway station instead of this hotel.

He change price according ro his wish if we stay like sometime he charge for one day and very rude Worst and they say they dont know telugu and english but dint know how he understand inbetween and say few Word

Power cuts 3 times a night. No Water supply at night. No clean bedsheets. Noisy rooms at night. No peaceful sleep. Need to remind for towels bedsheets, soap etc.. Reception inside parking cellar. Managed by unprofessional inexperienced boys in teens and twenties. Please remove from hotel booking apps.

Looks good from outside but you will understand the real issues after starting usage of the rooms , very unhygienic and worst infra. Never ever seen such kind of bedsheets , pillow covers and blankets you will be able to see holes and lot of scratches ..try to avoid this untill and unless it is urgent

Hated it. Never cared that i ordered food. Worst service I ever saw. If you want a bad experience then this place is a must go.

Worst stay i hav ever here they will ask extra money i checked in @10am without booking online i told them that I’ll checked out evng 4pm nd they charged 1k for 7 hours i got 1 hr late still they wer asking 200rs extra otherwise checout now like that receptionist asking worsst everr

quite good. not much rush when I went there. prices are more or less reasonable. you can actually see the food making. try to eat it there itself than ordering

The rooms are decent, will not recommend for families, more cleaning and new blankets, pillows and bedsheets should be maintained. The current ones have thread knots due to heavy usage.

Rooms are okay. The receptionist did not allow us for an early check in(just half an hour early) even though after multiple requests and saying that we’re not feeling well.

Overpriced if booked directly with them. We gently requested for extension of late check out to which staff responded extremely rudely.

We tried tomato soup, veg Manchurian and veg noodles.Out of these only the veg Manchurian was good in taste, but it was too less in quantity as compared to price. Remaining two dishes were just ok..!!

After online payment it's showing Room's out-of-stock But my amount was Deducted.They suggest Book ofline room Rs 1500 after me checked-in ... They accept online Room request also Rs 950 I loss my 950 rs in online Room booking.....they simply say talk to customer care... there response is very bad

Reasonable price for staying and veg restaurant is good part of hotel.

Very nice hotel to stay. Lift available in the hotel. Good veg restaurant connected with the hotel. I think owner of hotel and restaurant is same. Service in the room seldom required.

Room and the location is good all other services are average, they provide hot water(Geyser) facility but, at the time of bath power will be shut down and will never come on, location wise good as it has Udupi restaurant at the ground floor.

Good South Indian Food. All Odia Cooks and Chefs who prepare lovely food

Ordered idly, set dosa and vada. All three of them were below average. Expected more from udipi restaurant.

This hotel is very bad its staff is also very dirty and very bad hotel for this couple its very risky and they are harassing by calling in middle of the night and in the morning.

All is well....except washrooms

About food i ordered Parota and Chapati both are worst in quality and taste. Road side mobile vehicles food is best than this option.

One of the worst stay ever firstly i got charged extra for my stay secondly in the bathroom there was water leakage and water was dripping from the ceiling then the receptionist started mis behaving and even at night his drunk friends where commenting on me and my partner. Never gonna suggest this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is townhouse as per oyo, worst hotel you will find they have all oyo beds and everything, but they are providing TENTHOUSE's bed and pillow and everything , rooms are damp and 58 reviews are fake.coacroaches can be seen after 10 pm roaming in room . landline does not work. now cozy rooms.

The place needs a proper management system. It had good crowd but the handling part could be better for the food to be served. Cleanliness and Hygiene is good.

Transformation of this hotel has been incredible in past month. It's completely renovated. The reception staffs, restaurant staffs, house-keeping staffs, all does incredible job of making this place comfortable and homely. Rooms are clean, all amenities are as said in the list while booking. If anyone up for a longer stay in affordable price for business, holidays, this is the right place. I would recommend this place for friends and family. Appreciate it.
