Yesterday while taking blood sample from my 2 year old daughter. They didn't know how to do for the kids and were getting irritated coz my daughter was not keeping her hand still. They have no patience, worst employees. And today when we went for xray, they said no xray and when we checked on the website it showed they do xrays. Again we went inside and asked about and then they said we do xray but today the technician is on leave. Why can't you guys give a proper information to your customers. Never recommending anyone to this place.

Very bad as they don't have butterfly needles to take blood for small kids and use big syringe and say in vijaya diagnostics even for babies they withdraw blood using 2ml syringe. Highly recommended not to go for kids there.

I scheduled health checkup for my parents here through mfine app. Mfine screwed up by not sending the orders. Front desk was not sure what happened. Meanwhile Sulochana madam walked in. She understood the problem, contracted mfine and sorted out the orders. She also explained ultra sound was not available at the centre and vendors have been informed. She made arrangements to get this test along with other tests after breaking fast to be completed at another branch. She called mfine not to inconvenience patients by scheduling such packages without confirming at the branch. As far as tests are concerned, they were completed within 30 mins. There was no wait time. I found it better than the lengthy waits at corporate hospitals.

The clinic is extremely clean has its own parking Ample seating arrangements and the process of blood testing and reports generation is very very smooth

Friendly n excellent front desk staff, All the rooms including lobby, labs are clean and lab staff are very professional & courteous. We are very much satisfied with vijaya diagnostic center, Nallgandla service's and happy to rate this as 10/10. We are pretty looking forward to go to this center in future, if required. Thank you.

This Vijaya Diagnostics centre is close my house, visited couple of times. Always a satisfying experience. Came today for annual health checkup. Every tests and diagnostic procedure went smooth and in swift. Every staff are well behaved. Centre manager Varalaxmi is very helpful to explain the steps and guide throughout. Overall love the experience.

Very cordial staff. Pravin was the lab technician who took my blood for test. Even in regular hospitals they could not draw blood from my right arm but he very gently took it. He is highly commendable.

Staff were polite and efficient. Report came in time. Their communication through whatsapp / email was very easy and helpful. Rates could have been more competitive.

Since long time I am visiting to Vijaya. Expirence is really awesome. Since the time when Sulochana Mam was handling chandanagar branch. She is very cooperative and very helpful. She moved to Nallagandla branch and I am also going there now :) really great job by all of you. Much appreciated!!!

I went Vijaya diagnostic centre, nallagandla brunch for to do some tests and x-ray .And I happy with their services, billing person and all technicians are friendly and proper trained for their job .

The morning time is most crowded and had to wait over 30 mins just to get the billing done. Then another 25 mins wait to give blood sample. So just one basic fasting blood test, it took 1 hour. Not to mention the crowd which is of concern during pandemic. During the day it's almost empty so if you don't require a fasting test, better visit during afternoon.

Asked for a simple blood group test but was made to get Complete Blood Picture(which does not show Blood Group) , doesn't have knowledge what packages are available or not giving pamphlet to Public but makes to go individual test. Explained the situation to Branch Manager but in vain

Very very unprofessional. 1.You have only one phone that too not working 2.I personally went to book appointment but I was shocked when on the appointed day I reached with fully loaded bladder and lady doctor said she doesn’t examine male patients.Then why don’t you train your boys at counter to book properly.

I have been there for an Ultrasound scan. After I realised that doctor comes only at specific time, I left home as there is still some time. However, looks like the doctor was on unplanned leave. They called me up and informed the other near by diagnostic centres where can I get it done along with timings. That saved me some time when much needed.

COVID - 19 protocol are being followed by staff. Have special discounts for retired folks and government employees. Easy to reach out to them on call for any assistance with the report and test details.

Overall experience was good. Report should come on registered email id also along with Link via SMS.

Had done a test on Saturday. Was informed it will take 2/3 days to get reports. Its Thursday now and nothing from them. They did not even picked up when I called them.

Phone number provided in Google search is switched off since morning for Nallagandla branch. How can we take appointment without contact number. If you walkin to the centre there are already 5-6 people and wait time increases as appointment could not be taken

Sample collection done by a Girl at Vijaya Diagnostic Nallagandla . She is Totally unprofessional, inexperienced ..3 times pocked at different locations on hand searching for blood ..Never in my life had such worst experience. SVPRASAD

I am a retired Railway Employee and Vijaya Diagnostics are carrying out the tests on unbelievable concessional rates on production of the Medical Identity Card issued by the concerned ministries. Whenever I approached the concerned Vijaya Diagnostic Centres,I found that the premises are very neat and clean and behaviour as well as services rendered by them are appreciable.

This was very good to receive the report of my electrolytes in less than 3 hrs which was very much essential to monitor my health by the doctor. In case of urgency some care like this is very much essential ,specially the parameters which need quick monitoring. Thank you.

It was third time. I have visited for a diagnostic test. I got the report on line within 24 hours. I have collected the hard copy after one week, when I happened to go there. Staff are very good and the service was excellent.
