Dear all, Kindly note that this outlet is not located at the aforementioned location. We were three of us wandering for half an hour, repeatedly asking them to guide us. After reaching, we spoke to them, but they were too reluctant to update the address and was claiming it as the inaccuracy of Google Maps. I request the leads to update the address at the pincode 500 081.

Waste service from Domino's... Better go to PIZZA HUT I just ordered the cheesey I think that it will be cheesey but they won't add cheese it was too small quantity of cheese not even get the taste. I ordered LATE service they not even informed me it gets late still I'm waited for 30mins for pizza they are busy in making online orders. WASTE OF TIME Not even makes clean, seems to be unhyginic conditions in store 🤮🤮, They just leaved the tables not even clean them. Staff has Rude behaviour I think his name is Jabbar🖕 he not even know how to speak with a customer...

I am waiting this restaurant still 30minutes, I have informed the staff for clean the table, but they are not cleaning well. The staff which is standing at bill counter his behaviour is not right. Worst management it's my last visit for Domino's.

Looks like their concentration is only on online orders. No proper facilities found for dining. And the staff are not properly aware of the offers displayed in the screens. Very disappointed with the service provided for dining customers.

Domino's.. the name is enough to make you go hungry! Pizza was great! The best part was, my friends asked me to get a bit of a refill for a coke and the lady at the counter actually gave it!! That's just an example of a great service! Excellent gesture!

One of the worst places in Hyderabad; they don't take care of feedback on food. They simply mention, "If it's not tasty, please return the order," making it inconvenient for customers.

They makes pizzas substituting mayo for cheese. Both unhealthy and tastes very unpleasant. Waste of money. Funny thing... got call from the Guest care, he says these are pizzas without cheese, and when I said what, he said very little cheese (I guess so little that there is non )

Worst experience ever for delivery. Took more than 1 hour to deliver at my address which is about 1.5 km. I tried calling delivery person and restaurant but none picked up the call. Domino's app support is waste as well.

The best Pizza outlet in Hitech City. The pizza were hot, cheesy, good meat and very tasty. I ordered from swiggy and they delivered fast.

Just now I have ordered. They took nearly one hour to deliver my address and it's only 1.4km. still took 1hour. And I was calling delivery boy he didn't lift my call. I called to direct Domino's it got switched off. I'm totally disappointed. I have ordered 3 items. Delevery boy said oven was damaged so order is late . Atleast they have to inform or lift the call

Dominos has the best pizzas in city. But this branch is always crowded and has delayed service. If you are nearby, I would recommend ordering online and get it delivered at home. Possibly you'll have it earlier at home than in store.

Zero maintenance. No sense of management. Card not accepted. Cold drinks not available. Anything other than pizza was denied. Impolite.

Taste of Pizzas and other dishes was good. We ordered 7 Pizzas (2 Onion Pizzas, 2 Capsicum Pizzas, 2 Chicken Sausage Pizzas) and a Boneless Chicken Wing, they delivered all within 25 minutes. So, the waiting time was not much, satisfaction able 💯. But there is a little space for sitting. And this outlet wasn't clean enough😞. But the Washroom was clean.

Timings mentioned in Google are not correct as they donot open the store till 11AM also.But food is good should be maintained more clean rest all good

Worse experience ever. The orders were taking a lot of time than usual. They lack staffs. They were very slow in services. I wouldn't recommend that place at all if you are planning to visit some fun place.

Hopeless customer support. The delivery executive was really rude he hasn’t able to locate the address and I shared the location and gmaps link with him and he has the audacity to tell me even after being educated I can’t put the correct address when he wasn’t able to locate the address. And the GEM of this the store manager Sai who tells his employee to tell me we have escalated this matter when I called to complain. When the delivery executive says he has the call recording I demand a copy of that.

IRRESPONSIBLE Staff at outlet near Hitech and City!!! I ordered a Margherita pizza today on this outlet and they told me it should be ready in 15min. But after 30min when I asked them for the same, they were mocking around and told me it should be ready in next 5min. They kept on saying the same until I finally lost my patience and the waiting time was already 45min and I was given the half cooked pizza!!!

I'm a domino's customer since almost 7-8 years in different location than of current one, but I never got such worst service ever than this. This store is the worst service store as the managers behave very badly with customers and are not at all customer centric. Whatever the customer may complain, although we have pictures and genuine reasons, but the manager says dominos is always correct and customer is wrong and fake. Come-on, we pay and take the service and why should we accept the wrong things happening to us? And in every service platform there are many ways of compensation when the service is worst, but this store neither accepts their fault nor provide good service. I had got nice service from other locations but this Hi-tech city store is the worst ever I experienced. I love Domino's pizza alot and I always crave for that but this worst store is ruining the hunger of the customers due their recklessness. I hope there was a way in Dominos to select our choice store for delivery, no matter of waiting but atleast we will get good pizza when we are hungry. I never suggest this store to anyone, as the quality in service is worst and no discipline in the Personnel. I truly and completely hate this store as i lost lot of money after ordering from here, Managers are non-sense here. I would like the higher management to train them properly for the discipline and for quality service. I regret that I dont have an option for selecting the location while ordering via home delivery option. Compensation should be a must to the customers when service quality is worst.

Such a bad experience we had today with Dominos Hitech city.. Staff is very irresponsible.. and they don't bother about customers delivery.. and there branch number and the number which they provided in Zomoto and Swiggy is always reachable.. very arrogant staff and delivery boys
