We had a diabetic foot surgery recently.Staff does not know how to behave with patients.Staff even dont follow Doctors instructions.Doctors experience is good but clinic management is pathetic. Worst experience.. Seems like government hospital.. Staff doesn't know when and whether doctor comes to clinic.. That too if more visits at KPHB Clinic then at last moment they will confirm else will not lift the call for appointments. Need to beg for doctors appointment. Money minded and not patient friendly.
