*Domino's Pizza* The machines here doesn’t work sometimes, the only response I get is please choose another outlet of Domino’s Pizza. Recently, have tried Corn & Cheese Paratha Pizza, it tastes really horrible. Crust is completely roasted out, it tasted like papad with a little bit of cheese and corn on it. Domino’s Pizza’s Pizza Mania used to be good but these days it got developed but completely backwards. .

The place is newly opened in Pragathi nagar and is jam packed during the weekends. The franchis of Donino’s is well- known and includes some nice cheesy pizzas and yummy garlic bread. Our favourite is usually the garlic bread compared to the pizza. The place has 11-12 tables with 2 large ones and is clean and hygienic. The staff is courteous and helpful.

Delicious and different pizzas at affordable prizes compared to Pizza Hut and other Pizza QSRs. Better to book your order on Dominos app by selecting dine-in option. it is very easy and avoids standing in line to order.

Suggest to take away as dine in area is little than compared to others Cheese burst pizza, garlic bread most recommended items They are also sells pasta, chicken starters and desserts.

No reception, nobody takes care at billing and nobody answers. We waited for 5 minutes an an asked the staff person about order billing. He told to put online order with takeaway option. We placed the order online and got the delivery soon. Quality is good. The delivery token display is not working. They would have kept a poster saying 'counter billing is no there and place orders online'. Every staff is busy even to answer the walk-in customers.

Worst branch ever. They don't even intimate the customers regarding the delay in delivery. They don't even answer the calls. Just a waste branch it is. If they want good rating, they will call us almost 5 times a day to submit a good feedback. What happened if we need the correct time delivery. What happened to the calls and their phones????????????

I have ordered the parata corn mixed regular pizza.The delivery in 15 to 20 min. The quality of pizza not met my expectations. They could have given the better one. Totally disappointed with this order. The are charging almost 60 for the delivery but they could have taken some sort of precautions interms of taste.

Today I visited the domino's pizza, I found that very unhygiene , even they are not trying to clean the table after I saying also, staff are very rude they behave like they are the owner not the employee, this is the one of the worst experience in domino's Pragathi nagar

Ordered Indi chicken tikka medium pizza and quantity of the chicken toppings is too less that I can find hardly 5-6 pieces for a price of 599/- Dominos is looting the people literally under the hood of a brand.. This is going to be my last time I’m ordering from this outlet.

Worst service ever from Domino's. Did not expect this from a well known pizza stop. They are not even accepting orders saying they are busy. Then y did they setup a stall? If anyone are free out there, can come and wait to order.

Today I ordered 2 times pizza here and tried to reach the store multiple times via call to give couple of instructions about the delivery but no one responded the call. Tried via Swiggy and also through dominos app still the same issue. I dont know why the contact is provided where they wont even respond at all. If you dont want to receive any call then dont add any number on any of the delivery apps including dominos app.

There is no cleaning we can't sit nd eat the food nd i forgot my phone there is no order at the counter they telling order in online

If possible avoid dining here. Full of mosquitoes, no cleanliness and staff is not responding if you ask for cleaning or for ordering. There are no menu books or papers. We have to order based on the rolling advertisements in the store. Overall very bad experience.

No bother to dine-in customers. They didn't even it on AC inside. At around 8:30 pm yesterday, when I went they were so reluctant even to take an order saying they the staff were lesser and that the online orders were queued-up. I could not even go up to the counter as the Swiggy/Zomato guys were too much crowded. One of the staff was polite saying that he would take up the order in 5 mins. The other guy came and said that if I can wait for 30-45 mins then he would check if he can take my order after that 45 mins. Irritating answer for anyone. Also all the tables were used/soiled with eat-aways, while I asked them if they could atleast clean them up for sitting, his reply was that I hadn't even ordered anything and that he could only get that cleaned only after I order. This is more disgusting answer from any A-class (which I believed until yesterday) restaurant staff. They can't clear the table unless I order but to order anything I need to wait atleast 45 mins. What a service.

Cleanliness not maintained, Display screens at the billing counter doesn't work RO water not provided for the customers. May be to force to purchase water bottles. Nothing good except the standard Domino's taste

Good they have homedelivery , must improve seating capacity , ambience little dull ,at cooking area we can see garbage trash 🗑️ also and parking facility is common with More and heritage and axis bank . Must improve all . I am giving four stars because they met the timing of delivery. Cost of few items are little bit high.

1.AC was not working 2. We ordered garlic bread she served something else. 3.we took 5 items only 2 were average taste,rest all worst

Ordered cheese burst, they have given extra cheese. Informed twice at the time of billing. When asked the staff was arrogant and rude. Broken chairs and tables, unhygenic, no cleanliness. Branch like this is enough to spoil the brand name.

Domino's losing its brand value by running this store. The item ordered and the received never match. Also, the quality somehow I feel is not at pat with rest of places.

I didn't see like this delivery person never before like stupid. After 1hr15min he delivered how comes it hot 🥵. And support agent also be same he just saying I raised complete thank you. Such a big retail organization Domino's I never expected like this behaviour in any other organisations.

My child got food poisoning after eating regular non veg pizza ...non veg loaded.... he had more than 10 vomitings, fever and motions.....these guys use stale meat in pizza

Their timings are not up-to-date, I visited their store after seeing that they are open in Google, but nothing was ready by then. They even had LED ‘OPEN’ sign board lit but are not ready to serve still. They still do not have delivery open for even nearby locations even a couple of years after opening the store. Associates don’t have any idea on. What business model they are running the place.

Good food, however quite unplanned at times. Especially over weekends when they are expected to be well prepared. Waiting period leads to lot of disappointment.

Worst service here. Order has been delivered after 1.5 hrs and also it is completely dry and chilled. It is horrible to eat. Completely waste of money. Nobody will attend our calls also.

This branch is very near to my place, 1)regular customer 2)quality has to be improved,have to search for chicken in the pizza 3)the host was very helpful in placing the order, was there around 2: 30pm 17th Sep 4)A/c could be better, the hand dryer is not working.

Pizza is good. But I would suggest take away or Delivery as the place is covered with smoke and we had to eat our pizza tear eyed.
