My Trainer Praveen helped me a lot, thank you sir. other trainers are also good at their training, but Praveen bro he is friendly to everyone but very strict while training. I would suggest to utilize this gym with no second thought. Love to be part of this gym family.

I started working out in this gym from past 4 months. I found it very spacious and comfortable as weight lifting is separately placed in other floor with all the required equipment. The trainers are very friendly and cooperative, they not only suggest the exercises but also help in form & nutrition. I would suggest to utilise this gym with no second thought. One of the Best Gym nearby... Had a great gym session in here, has all the facilities/machines you could possibly want, and then some! Kind helpful and friendly staff, superb central location, fee is also a bit ok, but it’s worth it for the equipment facilities. Will definitely be back!
