I wanted to buy a cellphone here, but nobody had time to show it and answer my questions, I waited a lot and at the end I left. I know the client service is not as in America (Continent)but please put a little bit of effort to avoid insult the client with this attitude.

Totally disappointed 😕 I bought brand new Bosch dushwasher and after 2 weeks it got broken. They promised me service. Nobody showed up. I call them 5 times begging for the service but still nothing. I went to the shop to talk to people there and they just said they will send this to the head office but still didn’t hear from them. Scam.

You are not honest about the delivery date . I bought 06 electronics machines on 24 June and the delivery date is today 7 July , but unfortunately after long discussion yesterday they want to delay the date after tow weeks waiting and i am in need for my things . They came today bring me some not all and refused to fix them according to our agreement with them . When you call them they transfer the cal form one to another without solving the problem . Frankly it is really not fair.

The staffs are really helpful in finding us the right appliances. Kudos to them. The installation services are the worst. We had requested for installation service for the inbuilt dishwasher - 1 visit they wanted us to remove a plint ourselves. 2. Visit they fitted the dishwasher so lousily that when we opened the doors it just came out and they have damaged the door. We are still waiting for the next visit (8days already). Really upset about the kind of service we have been provided.

Very disappointing visit to mediamarkt in amersfoort. I wanted to buy a sound bar, but there was no staff to help me. Most of the sound bars were not connected to any device, and the ones that were had such poor sound quality that I could not test them properly. It seemed like they did not care about their customers or their products. I left without buying anything and I will not come back. Do not waste your time here.

Good range and my preferred store for in person electronics shopping. However it's hard to find an employee to help you in your search in some areas. Once you do find someone, they are helpful.

I have bought a Washing machine and a dryer. Carriers delivered them to my house, and said that I have to arrange a lifting to my upper floor with the shop directly. I called to the customer service, but they said that I have to GO IN PERSON to the shop to arrange that. Very bad service. Complete dissatisfaction! And tgey have a voice machine in Dutch only. Do not buy washing machines or othe heavy home appliance from Media Market online. I would not!

Went to get a Samsung Gear VR sold out in most places and was lucky to get the last one. On Saturdays the place is horrible to reach by car, and inside it's way too crowded and understaffed. But, since they match lowest prices nowadays, it's fine for buying things you want to see first and for which service is provided already directly by the manufacturer.
