    After a computer malfunction, I turned to Amac, expecting my device to be repaired quickly and cost-effectively. This fell, according to the store, under Apple Care. I gave the device. Secondly, the company simply refused to recognize Apple Care coverage, resulting in a proposed repair cost of over 700 euros - I am not allowed to post screenshot due to Google rules. This was a shock, as Apple Care normally requires a co-payment of 99 euros for such repairs. This situation required sustained email communication on my part, over a period of 11 days, to finally convince them to apply Apple Care coverage. This was a frustrating process that required me to reiterate my position several times and insist on proper compliance with Apple Care terms. The error was acknowledged twice, but the high bill remained. Despite these efforts, the computer remained unrepaired. The experience with Amac was disappointing and far below expectations. The initial refusal to acknowledge Apple Care coverage and the subsequent delay in completing the repair significantly reduced my confidence in the service. It is unacceptable that customers have to fight so much for the service they expect and paid for. I will only get the device back if I pay more than 70 euros! . Ultimately, retrieving the computer was difficult. There were four free employees in the store, but I had to wait for someone who was on a break. That took a long time . Someone else took over. And the computer couldn't find it. Eventually Yes. Staff is friendly but the logistics of this company urgently need improvement. Until now, I went to Apple Amsterdam precisely after a negative experience with Amac six years ago. I thought: let's give them another chance. I'll try again in six years.

    The absolute RUDEST woman I have experienced in the Netherlands - during an emergency laptop purchase today the woman who works in this shop with the blond hair was so rude and disrespectful to me, I ended up buying my €2000 laptop at MediaMart instead - they were excellent - please think carefully before making a purchase at Apple AMAC

    Amac Amersfoort heeft helemaal geen service! ik was met airpods geweest wat in het vervanging-programma van apple zit (serie fout 2020). Lang verhaal. Maar 1 ding is zeker ik ga daar nooit meer iets kopen. Nu contact opgenomen met apple zelf en ze komen mijn airpods halen en gaan het vervangen. Dit noem ik pas goede service. Bij Amac zitten zogenaamd gecertificeerde apple mensen. Lik mijn vest amateurs!!!!

    The worst Apple Store you can find, they dont help you with anything. We bring brand new iPhone because it was turning off by itself. The first time we paid 40€ for repairing software and they didnt check anything inside. iPhone stoped working after two days. We bring it back and thay told us that in that iPhone are fake supplements and thay want 500€ if we dont want it repair we need to Pay another 40€ because they people dont work for free. I dont understand Why they didnt check everything first time. They was lying to us About testing our mobile phone. Servise is so rude and they was lying also About paying when they was taking it second time.

    Truly terrible "repair service". You need to agree to everything THEY think is wrong with the device or you need to pay a "research fee". This criminal practice is what kept me from getting a new battery for my phone. There are so many other repair shops that do things right. Nope, no Amac, not even once.

    Very bad service and giving wrong information! Bought a new MacBook Pro from Amac, delivery time would be about 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I had not heard anything and because I need my laptop every day for work, I immediately inquired. I was told it would take another 2-3 weeks longer, so a total of 4-5 weeks!! I immediately canceled the order with Amac and ordered the exact same laptop directly from Apple.com. And guess what, delivered to your home within 1.5 weeks without any problems! I would get my money back from Amac within 2 weeks at the latest (the employee casually announced over the phone that this is usually handled faster). And guess what, I'm still waiting for my €3009 (!) and 2 weeks have passed. In short, be warned and do not buy your Apple products from this reseller but directly from Apple itself (the prices are exactly the same) and Appel provides the service that Amac is far from able to deliver.

    As a salespoint for Apple products they will do fine, good assortment and I guess if your lucky with the right sales assistant you might get some good advice. They lost me with their repair service, sloppy process that required me to come back 3 times to even get a first appointment , the battery replacement was going to be 100 euros but due to a “damaged screen” it grew to 500 euros.. don’t like that? Sure you can have your phone back, if you pay us 40 euros first. Change the setting and this will be described as a crafty scam, i bet the fixed research cost was mentioned somewhere in the agreement but you’ll have to find it yourself. So be aware that you will always be out 40 euros, wether that results in a an actual fix or big fu is decided by the gods of Amac, or whatever phone-repair equivalent they managed to hire.

    I had an older model from my dad, but he said one thing did not work. So I went to the store and asked a young girl what the problem was. She said it could not be fixed. I sold the iPhone for like 30 euro's and he brought it to another store and got it fixed. Now he got a working iPhone worth around 200 euro's because I trusted the advice of this girl. Terrible, not even worth one star.
