Terrible service!

It's a larger version then usual so lots of choice including a large mens and children section

Generally a good selection of reasonably priced clothing. Service is usually friendly, but you may have a pretty long wait to check out in the busier times (weekends). Check the kortingen to find the occasional brilliant deal.

Good clothing shop with reasonable prices and a lot of promotions. It is most suitable for ladies and childeren; however, not really suitable for men except their jeans is really good.

Why are women available to use the men's fitting room but men can't do the same at the women's?

Men section does not have staff almost always. Some items you see in other branches but can't find in this one. Issues to improve: Understaffed Availability of items

The quality and stock is excellent. Shopping for twins is scary. 1 set in the correct size? Here not a problem. The staff very friendly and the best house brand mascara ever.

Very good price point and product range.

Utmost perfect help from H&M customer service yesterday in these busy days before Christmas 2019 via their telephone helpdesk to perfect communication and co-ordination to the shop floor. They helped me twice (2 times, in the afternoon and 10 minutes before a shop closed they still helped!) to reserve a piece of clothing (twice) which was not available online, and took a chance in the shop - result a very happy and thankful customer! Great customer service does exist.
