    2 years ago I went to the KPN store in Amersfoort for a new SIM card for the new phone. That was all I needed. At home I received a message to renew a two-year subscription, out of the blue. Then I thought it was just a message for automatically renewing the subscription I already had (1 year). Just a continuous subscription that can be canceled monthly. And exactly not! The store apparently took out a 2 YEAR subscription without my permission and without me asking, because I went to the store just for a new SIM card for my new phone. I didn't need a subscription. The employee had apparently linked a new subscription without consultation. This is clear to me now because I've looked into it. I'm too late now. Result? Now I'm stuck with KPN for another year, even though I didn't want that at all. Dishonest company and sneaky.

    Kwam hier voor informatie op te vragen. Men nam hier uitgebreid de tijd voor om mijn vragen zo duidelijk mogelijk te beantwoorden. Toch ging ik met lege handen naar buiten, daar zij zeiden dat ik vooral niet een overhaaste beslissing moest nemen. Dus met een half uur weer buiten met uiterst tevreden gevoel over hun gastvrijheid.

    Like the overall impression of KPN... Not really interested in your findings about the network or device. As long as you leave with some bullshit story. After my settings were CORRECT, it turned out that my phone no longer did anything... It really is a hopeless company😪 from front to back and from inside and out. I would be so happy if the existing contracts are over.... Immediately cancel everything with this "company"....HEE-ROOKY 😀😀🤜

    I received tremendous help at the KPN store in Amersfoort by Sara on the Utrechtsestraat. Highly recommended if you have any problems, ask for Sara.

    I am a KPN customer. My question was if I could get cheaper call costs to the UK. The young man I spoke to asked me if I wanted to speak on English. He gave me good and helpful advice. We spoke a mixture of Dutch and English 😀
