Dr. P and his staff are the best. Was able to get a same day appointment, and I was still in and out in less than an hour. Dr. P is very kind, caring and gentle. He listens to what you have to say, whether it's relevant to your visit or not. Not really close to where I live, but I won't go anywhere else. He is a wonderful doctor, and the office is stunning. I'd give 10 stars if I could :) Thanks Dr. P !!!

I am a new patient at the office and I can’t say enough about how great my visit was yesterday with Dr.Amy Eimer. From the girls at the front desk to the assistant who visited with me before the doctor came in. It was exceptional. Everyone was kind and courteous. Dr. Amy was one of the nicest , knowledgeable doctors I’ve ever seen and I’m 49 yrs old. She listened and addressed every single question and concern I had. I left there knowing that anything I needed was going to be taken care of. I’m so grateful for this and words cannot express how much this is appreciated, especially when you come into an office with worries and concerns. Thank you a million times over from my heart! Highly recommend this office ! I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I had a cyst deep in my lower back that I had to have removed via surgery and Dr. Polcino fielded all my anxious questions with patience and grace even though I’ve been told I am a “nightmare patient” because I ask so many questions and worry about even remote risks. Dr. Polcino was calming and explained everything as many times as I wanted without making me feel bad or showing impatience (rare with doctors these days!!!). He was great with follow up after the surgery and never made me feel bad to ask him to check the surgery site just to ensure the healing was proper even after months had elapsed. I wish more doctors had his patience. Most of my doctors pressure me to stop asking questions and brush past my concerns.

Dr. Polcino is one of the most professional doctors I’ve encountered. He’s very caring and truly takes a deep interest in your recovery. Went in for a consult with him and he was extremely professional. I was extremely nervous about my Colonoscopy but he explained everything so well and took the time to alleviate all my concerns. His staff is also very excellent and they take great care of you. He makes what I thought was a very intimidating procedure easy and effortless. Thank you Dr. Polcino.

I was a patient of Dr Polino many years ago. He helped deliver some of my babies. I had moved, and had to see another GYN doctor. I recently reconnected with Dr Polcino, and it brought back memories of how caring, gentle and kind he is. He Took his time with me, and answered all my questions! I am so so happy that I have reconnected with him,!!! I couldn’t ask for a better GYN doctor.!!!

Dr. Polcino took the time to explain the treatment options for my specific “issue” without using medical jargon that can be confusing and scary. He answered all questions I had (even answered follow up questions quickly!). Not only was he professional but his demeanor and personality made it clear he was the best doctor. I’ve since recommended Dr. Polcino to my family and friends!! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Polcino and his staff. They were more than accommodating with my scheduling and time concerns!

I had trouble getting authorization for an MRI, she got it done immediately and confirmed with Zwanger to make sure they had the information they needed. She kept me updated every step of the way. Dr. Polcino is a physician unlike any other I’ve seen over the course of the past few years. He blends together an emphasis on objective medical advice with excellent bedside manner. I’m really confident that him and his staff will help me along my journey.

I would have given no stars if I could have. I arrived shortly before 8:40 A.M. for an 8:40 appointment to schedule a colonoscopy . I made the appointmnet at this time to allow ample time to get to work by 10. I sat in the waiting room for 43 minutes while every other patient, including three who arrived after me, were taken in to see the doctor. At 9:23 I advised the woman at the front desk that I had to leave by 9:30 to get to work. A few minutes later I was taken in to see the doctor. Dr Polcino came in and said "well, I guess you're in a hurry". I advised him that I was only in a hurry because I had been left sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes past the time of my scheduled appointment, after every other patient who had been there, including those who arrived after me, had been taken in to see him. His response was "oh, well" with an attitude as if leaving off "isn't that too bad". He then asked what he could do for me. I told him I was there to schedule a coloniscopy. He laughed and said that he could not schedule the test because he did not have his calendar with him. He briefly told me about the prep and then said his excellent assistant would contact me, which she has not. Any doctor who has no regard for his patient's time is not one I would recommend, let alone perform any procedure.

I love love love Dr. Polcino! He delivered me when i was born, & I’ve been seeing him since i was in high school. He is seriously the best & greatest gyno of all time. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my woman’s health. He truly cares about his patients, & is just the sweetest man I’ve ever met. Love him!

This is probably the nicest doctors office I have ever been to and the staff and Dr were exceptional. He is extremely kind and professional and takes the time to listen to your needs and answer any questions. Longer wait time than I expected but worth it.

I have been seeing Dr. Polcino for years and he and staff are generally very kind, professional, and make you feel very comfortable. However, every single time I’ve come for an appointment I have waited well over an hour to be seen. The past 3 times I’ve needed to see him, the last being an emergency I might add, I waited nearly 2 hours. I’m sad to say I’m switching practices because of this. Maybe don’t overbook your patients.

Dr Polcino and staff are all very friendly and listen to your questions and answer them in a way you understand completely. I have been a patient for about 9 years. Dr Polcino makes you feel very comfortable and is always ready to answer any and all of your questions! He is not one to rush you out when you have questions. I highly recommend him to new patients both going for their first visit - or those looking for a kind understanding gynecologist.

Literally the best ob I've ever had! His bedside manor is unmatched. There have been times when I've had to waiting, but Dr. Polcino always makes time to answer all my questions. He doesn't rush to get to the next patient, so it doesn't bother me so much having to wait. Very kind and thorough. Couldn't recommend him enough!

I am not one to ever post reviews. But I had to leave one for Dr. P after having a great experience. Recently having horrible experiences with my current OB at northwell, I finally got fed up with the long wait times to get an appt and them constantly cancelling and pushing my appts. Was feeling frustrated so started the search for a new OB. Recently found Dr. Polcino, saw him today for the first time and could not be more pleased. Northwell OB kept pushing my sonogram appt to months from now, he was able to do it right then and there in his office. No wait. Gorgeous office, very welcoming staff. Dr. P was very easy to talk to. Couldn't be more satisfied. Highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend him as a doc!! His office is gorgeous and gives a very luxurious vibe. And his staff is super sweet and welcoming. Dr. Polcino is so warm and kind and makes the visit a breeze by calming your nerves.

While Dr. Polcino helped me resolve my ovarian cyst issues. I have been struggling with an infection for 6 weeks and he has been very dismissive. I have been prescribed the same antibiotic twice (same dosage). When I went in today to explain that it’s day 5 of my third dose and we need to try something else, he said “come back next week, let’s see if this magically clears up.” Of course, I am doubtful since I have already tried this antibiotic, so I responded with I don’t think it’ll work. Then I started to suggest alternatives like boric acid. He didn’t suggest anything at all, but he said sure that could work. He also told me to think positive. I am no stranger to “thinking positive”. My athletic career was ruined due to a very serious hip injury. I overcame that and lost 50 pounds. I run a very successful business at 22 & I graduated top of my class in college. I noticed a lot of assumptions being made about my lifestyle during my appointments. Women should not have to suffer like this. I will get over this and I will be getting a second and third opinion.

Had to go in for a serious gastric problem for a consult and I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Polcino. He’s excellent and really has some of the best bedside manner. Very professional and knowledgeable. Takes the time and effort to really explain everything. Hard to find a doctor that is this invested in your well being. Cannot recommend him enough. Extremely professional.

He is the only colorectal surgeon I trust whole heartedly. Staff is super friendly and efficient. Dr Polcino is very professional and made me and my parents feel exceptionally comfortable.
