Bad way of communication, lack of infirmation sharing amobg staff, staff seeking cridet not focusing on clients needs.

I’ve been there twice for laser and for dental, both times were more than satisfying and the staff was adorable, never felt this comfy ever in a clinic, keep up the good work ppl 😍

This was the worst experience at a beauty center for me. While getting a facial, the lady didn’t seem like she had any experience in it. She used no products to moisturize my face and when I asked her to do so, to make the job easier, she put VASELINE all over my face. She had no mask on and was breathing in my face the entire time. I would not recommend to anyone.
