They do not respect your time ! Highly unprofessional. They have two waiting rooms, the general one and another one they move you to to wait even more like some sort of super mario level up game. When you complain about the wasted wait time they tell you whoever wants to see the dr shall wait as if I am waiting to meet royalty 🤦🏻‍♀️ Moreover the assistant who has no professional medical background asks you before consulting the dr what procedures do you think you want done? And charges you before you even see the dr!!!!! The audacity!

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this clinic. It lacked professionalism, very materialistic, overcrowded and all they care about is exploiting people. I don’t recommend going there at all!! The amount you pay in there is nothing compared to any professional and well known clinics I went to!!! Making the patient pay 20 jds for no reason when you first come in and before even seeing the doctor. And the assistant playing the role of the doctor and recommending services you don’t need just for the sake of exploiting you, is unimaginable and distasteful as a clinic. The creams the doctor recommends which causes many side effects and that can be simply resolved by other means as well!! The results are not satisfactory either, instead they did not suit my face at all!! The clinic was also too overcrowded it felt like a zoo, fitting multiple appointments more than the clinic can handle just for the sake of making more money at the patients price, delaying multiple appointments, and the patient not get the time it deserves with the doctor. I hope the clinic takes this into consideration as it is not polite to treat people this way, all you care about is making profit not the patient and their well being or condition, people are being treated like sheep in there. As a clinic, it is way way far from perfect and I hope this review will be an eye opener for them and the people thinking about visiting this clinic. The fact that this clinic keeps searching for negative comments is actually embarrassing and insulting pretending to be the perfect clinic and lashing out at patients for writing bad reviews and for expressing their true honest opinion, please don’t make any efforts for responding to my review, this is simply what happened!!! Accept it and deal with it!!!! The creams do cause side effects, a patient sitting next to me at the clinic have even complained about this and half of them are irrelevant and even not needed, thankfully I discovered this soon enough andpaying 20 jds as soon as you walk in for no reason is extreme exploitation, (these fees have nothing to do with my appointment) so I have to pay more fees after seeing the dr, and making us pay before seeing the dr, so all you do is entice patients by using false advertisement on social media, keep responding to bad reviews it seems that’s the only thing you can keep up with 👍🏻 Darling I didn’t confess anything, keep making stories whoever u are, it’s seems you can’t read or write English very well. the fact that you keep revisiting my review from the clinic makes you also rude as you seem to have a justification for every negative review pretending to be the perfect clinic, and you are obviously obsessed with the negative reviews, simply put you are the worst clinic of all times and it’s apparent from your response which shows you’re insecurities, you are dishonest about the work you do and are not close at all to being called professionals!!!!

A horrible experience The bed had mold and they tried to cover it. They don't respect your privacy at all even if you asked them to. I had an appointment with a dr named yara she was extremely unprofessional, left the room without notifying me during consult time multiple times, and was on her phone most of the visit. As an ICU doctor I've never left my patients without apologizing first even if it's urgent, and I do give them full attention even if they're taking long time trying to explain. And their privacy is the most important thing! I will never come back and I will not recommend it to my friends neither ..

I do full body laser at this clinic with a technician named Nana, and I've had the best experience with her! She's very educated and makes you feel extremely comfortable during the more private areas. She's honest about what is needed and what isn't, and she'll keep you entertained throughout the session to help pass the time and distract you. Absolutely love her. Highly recommended.

Worst service ever!!!!! They only care about taking appointments at the same time, so my appointment was supposed to be at 12pm and kept waiting for two hours, after that when I got the chance to see the doctor she didn’t even talk to me or looked at me, they don’t respect their patients, they care about the money and they don’t even give the right consultation. I only gave them one star so I can post the review!
