I & my family went to this place because my wife saw Ads for Haya Karazoun & her mother were talking about how delicious the food here but actually it wasn’t at all! It’s just marketing for this place. We ordered 6 meals and all of us didn’t enjoy the taste and couldn’t continue to eat the meals because the bread is cold, the mushroom is very bad and the meat 🥩 not good. I don’t recommend it.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant. The food arrived and it wasn’t fresh. The food had a weird taste to it as if the food had been fried in oil from last year. Customer service was even worse. I called them and they said they would get back to me and never called back. Never eating at this restaurant again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone ever eat at this restaurant.

Forgot about service price and potion of the foood. Listen,meat are bad and smell, bun is cold , fries are no test and cold. plate is dirty. It’s was like I see the ads with my friends so we came and got big surprise Lol 😂 Not recommend at all. Bye bye

Expensive, the burger is small, clean tast. Good. Variaty of dishes types, worth trying, I liked the burger bread

Where to start , meat smells bad that we couldn’t eat it, bun is cold, fries not good, wooden plates to serve are dirty, Pepsi was good tho.

The delivery service took more than an hour. The food was cold, and not good at all! Bad experience, and definitely not recommended.

I really liked the way they presented the meal. Very polite and helpful staff. Delicious food. The only thing is only 2 tables inside for dining in.

I went there with my family, the place was cozy and clean (a bit small, but it was almost empty when we got there) the staff was quite polite and most importantly the food we tried was truly delicious.. You must try it if you are a burger fan..

I saw reviews on instagram from Rakan Elkhatib and we directly go to she shop with our friends. All food are bad and cold. They told us food it’s big potion so that how it’s get cold. 🤷‍♂️ I mean that not my problem you have to take care of it. He just ignoring us.

Honestly very expensive theres tons of places that sell the same thing but way cheaper they also messed up my order when i specificly told them i dont want it spicy and i do not have the time to refund it and get a replacment honest review 6/10

I ordered the 1 metre box The mini burgers are tastless I ordered extra truffle burger...the meat had fat !!! Its a large peice of fat that u can chew it . The fries are cold The hot dog sandwiches r dry and tastless... ABOUT THE PASTA...i dont know what kind of cheese r u using but it tastes awful we couldnt swallow it...am sorry but it tastes like a through up .. The chicken tenders r over cooked..the lettuce in the salad is old and a little amount of dressing. We called the resturant and complained abt the food...the guy who answered was so nice and respectful. and they compensated us with two kind of past and ceazer salad. But am sorry to tell u there is somthing about ur cheese ..seriously dont serve that to people its disgusting .

So my wife decided to order food, and I was shocked twice, first; I've never heard of this restaurant before, and secondly; the packaging was extremely professional. Now here comes the taste... I'm sorry I'm not attaching any photos coz the smell and taste had me at hello, and I started eating 🤪 We had Shawerger, which is basically nothing like I had before in my entire life, a mix of brisket sliced over a burger patty inside a delightful bun, with a superb Tahini instead of mayonnaise, it was unbelievably tasty. And there's this huge box that has like two dozens of sauces and six mini boxes that have curley fries, tender chicken, cheesed fries, fried onion rings, mozzarella sticks and fried hash browns... The box itself is pretty amazing. I'm definitely ordering again very soon. Thank you guys.

Well, the menu has variety of sandwiches and the service did not take long, the food was clean. On the other hand the outside table was dirty and no one came to clean it, and there is no basket to through all the napkins coz you will use alot of them. (So the view on the table was not cool at all). We ordered dynamite shrimp, buffalo chicken sandwich, jucy lucy sandwich, chicken with Avocado sandwiche (all meals), the firt bite was okay but then it became tasteless, and some side has a lot of salt and other sides were none, and the shrimps was very very spicy (in reference to ppl who prefer regular taste with a little bit of chilli). The cost was around 25jd For me it is one time try only.
